So if I am right (correct me if I am wrong)

The rats have moved further down the tunnel in front of Shins.

Shins is at the front of the group detecting traps
Benkii is behind him carrying rufus dead body
phaolo is with Benkii. (Assuming he is walking side by side to Benkii)

Drow and Orcs are behind Shins and Benkii atleast a few feet away to not affect their bonuses.
I Strigon am ever vigilant and ready with my crossbow to attack any unknowns.

Then we have Siegfried watching the back. But he decides to help Peloquin and attack the nightmares.

Then we have Peloquin fighting one of the nightmares and the remaining two nightmares fighting each other.

And the position of the other group members ?

sasuke12: And the position of the other group members ?
( I'm with Benki and I'm ready to cast my spell.
Btw Yeenwi shouldn't move too far from his Nightmare.. )

runnerex: ...
(Up the tunnel is away from the main chamber and further into the tunnel. Down the tunnel is back towards the main chamber. At least, this is how I understand it.)

(I only send them a little way up ahead out of reach of the first -the acid- trap. Unless Doc understood it differently or I didn't state it clear enough, they should be between the two traps and therefore away from everyone who is near Rufus body.)
(Sorry, phaolo, that I didn't specifically quote you back then, but I read your worry about them attracting attention from the centipede and I (silently) agreed, that's part of the reason I send them further into the tunnel. Also, Tane wouldn't want them to get hurt, now that they are no threat. She will leave them where they are, so noone has to worry about them "snapping out of it".)

--------------------
Tanea, Halfling Shaman (female)
The next thing I notice, while sweeping my eyes up and down the tunnel, are two nightmares fighting each other (Amazing what a Necromancer can do, if things work out.) and Gilius's Stone Elemental and Siegfried killing another one. I startle when I hear Shins shout a warning, followed by BenKii screaming for Rufus. Who's Rufus? I turn around and see Gods Challenge, well, Rufus, lying near his hammer, that he didn't get to pick up, it seems. Impaled by arrows. Another trap! Lavish Hills, I need you, I can't do this, I'm no fighter. GET A GRIP! This is neither the time nor the place, Tanea! Breath, just breath. Finally I feel like I can take a step without sinking to the ground sobbing uncontrollably and I take a careful step, avoiding the now reset acid trap that Shins pointed out to all of us, towards where Rufus lies and BenKii is kneeling now. And then I take another one and another one. When I'm at level with the rats, I tell them to stay there for now. Out of the corner of my eye, I see the Dwarven Cleric head our way, to get to Rufus no doubt. I hurriedly whisper to the rats about the trap down the tunnel, where the Dwarven Cleric is stepping carefully, and the other one, up the tunnel where Rufus was hit, to be mindful about them, when they leave this area, I whisper about those nightmares and to just flee to wherever they see fit (they surely know this place better then me), if the nightmares come and to just flee if anything attacks them while they are waiting there. I have no idea, if they are capable of comprehending any of that, even though rats are supposed to be smart. And it is silly, seeing how they tried to kill us ... what was it? Seconds ago? Minutes? I lost sense of time. But now, that they are not attacking us, they look so ... harmless. Silly me. Next time we meet they will try to eat me again. But ... they aren't now. I let these thoughts go. Then I follow Shins. Throwing nervous glances back to the nightmares, ready to try and evade an attack, should one come. If the rats understood, what I told them. The sound of them fleeing should warn me, but I don't know, if they understood. But they did go where I told them, so they must understand something. Or was it just luck? Silly me. I let that go too, while throwing yet another nervous glance backwards.

Tanea, Halfling Shaman (female)
--------------------

58 - FlockeSchnee - Tanea - Halfling Shaman
Tanea stays alert (and her staff ready) to possible attacks and tells the rats to stay where they are and flee to wherever they see fit, if the nightmares come or they get attacked by anything (after she whispered to them about the traps, including their proximate locations, that silly Halfling Shaman).
Then she walks to wherever Shins is, still on alert (and her staff ready) und occasionally throwing nervous glances over her shoulder back towards the nightmares.

Current Actions Summary:

25 - BenKii - BenKii - Human Warrior
I stay in formation protecting Shins A'Hoy. When we finally get to where Rufus died and Shins has determined the trap is disabled and there are no further traps, I pick up Rufus's weapon for safe keeping. If Gillius's Resurrect spell somehow fails then I also pick his body up. I then continue to follow Shins.

67 - Testor0 - Rufus - Human Cleric -- DEAD
" Arrrrreggggghhh... " (Currently dead. Waiting to be revived.)

63 - Genocide2099 - Fish - Half Orc Berserker
Let's make sure to check for any remaining traps ahead of us. Worst case scenario, we can use the dead cleric to trigger possible traps in the area. Once everything is cleared, I'll take his hammer for my own. It might be of some use in the future. And someone pick up that torch.

40 - Pouyou-pouyou - Gilius - Dwarven Druid
I order my elemental to attack the remaining nightmare nearby that is on the defensive near Siegfried.
Meanwhile, while staying just behind BenKii, I move forward with him, going carefully past the trap that Shins rearmed, until we reach the area where Rufus was impaled.
If I can still act after that, I try to delicately remove Rufus from the trap he is "set in" (maybe with help from others :
BenKii, Shins, the drow / half-orc party) making sure that I (we ?) do not maim him more than he is already, and I (we ?) lay him delicately on the ground.
And if I can still act after that, I cast Resurrect on Rufus.

13 - paladin181 - Roosevelt - Human Paladin
++ROOSEVELT IS GOING WITH THE PARTY FURTHER DOWN THE WESTERN TUNNEL, WATCHING FOR ANY NIGHTMARES THAT MAY CHOOSE TO FOLLOW++

57 - ConsulCaesar - Siegfried - Human Paladin
I attack the two Nightmares next to Peloquin with my silver sword.

74 - runnerex - Yeenwi - Drow Necromancer
Yeenwi patiently waits for Shins A'Hoy - Halfling Thief to start looking for traps at the front of the group, while keeping an eye on the Nightmare situation at our back.

45 - phaolo - Loradan - Elven Mage
Loradan decided to cast Detect Secret to check if the 2 doors had some kind of protection ward.
This also revealed if there were other secret areas around, hiding extra traps or, possibly, treasures.
He didn't dare moving close to the doors, however, before Shin finished his inspection of the tunnel.

4 - sasuke12 - Strigon - Drow Necromancer
I Strigon am ever vigilant and ready with my crossbow to attack any unknowns.

Haven't taken turn yet:

76 - Lemon_Curry - Shins A'Hoy - Halfling Thief
38 - ZyloxDragon - Roy Jenks - Half-Orc Battemage
68 - matterbandit - Peloquin - Dwarven Thief
[68 - Peloquin - Dwarven Thief]

" Arrrrreggggghhh... " The sudden death of the Human Cleric (Rufus) sent a dreadful echo throughout the tunnel. Yet another reminder of how dangerous this place can be! Several are quickly heading towards him, including the Halfling Shaman (Tanea) who appears to have tamed the Giant Rats with her magical influence. The two enchanted arrows I shot at the Nightmares failed me, as did my previous Light Hammer attack, but the Drow Necromancer (Yeenwi) has unleashed his bewitched Nightmare against the other. The two are now in a tussle! I watch Human Paladin (Siegfried) yield his silver sword at them. Such courage! This may be the distraction I needed.

From where I still stand, under the shadows at the side of the tunnel, I look up to observe and study the now cleared ceiling from where the Nightmares originated. Do I see something of interest up there? Were they protecting something? A hidden treasure, perhaps? Or an exit? If I notice something worthwhile up there, I will use my rope to discretely reach that ceiling within the shadows, with Lucky Dagger in hand and my Ring Of Free Movement. However, if nothing catches my eye, I remain in the shadows and observe the outcome of Human Paladin's fate against those two tussling Nightmares.
++++++++++++++++++++++++
High constitution. Leather armour.
1 x cure poison potion. 1 x heal potion.
Lockpicks. Trap disarm kit. Rope.
Ring of free movement - this ring means traps and spells to ensnare me will not work.
Shortbow and quiver of 20-2=18 enchanted arrows (paralyze).
Lucky dagger. Light hammer.

(Edit: Corrected the number of arrows remaining in my inventory.)

Fish the Half-Orc Berserker

So what did that magic trick reveal? Any traps up ahead? If not, which door should we take? I still want the giant rats to check for traps. Maybe command them to scratch at the doors and see if any traps are triggered.

(We won't know until Doc updates the turn, probably this evening.
And Tanea doesn't want to harm the rats.. druids *rolleyes*)

We're not going to use all of them. Just one for each door. That calm animal spell does not last forever anyway.
Roy will go ahead and move up with the thief, as the food is apparently being guarded by those who aren't hungry. I'll ready a Magic Shield spell on myself if something bursts out of the door, or some other dastardly action occurs.
I'll continue my search for traps (and other secrets with hidden mechanisms). If I reach the part with the two rooms on opposite sides of the tunnel, I'll sneak stealthily around in the shadows and pay extra attention to my surroundings hoping to discover something new about this place and its inhabitants.

After casting his spell [result still unknown], Loradan added:
"By the way, we should open one door at a time, to avoid being attacked on 2 sides.
"Maybe the orcs can finally have some fun fighting, while we guard the tunnel."

"Ideally, only after those things have been dealt with, however." the mage concluded, pointing at the Nightmares.
