Cool game, good execution, great cast, some licenced song if I ain't wrong, a lot of reason this game should be available on GOG it's one of those game that people will play even in some years just to discover the story, it will age really fine

It still has yet to release, but please put this on here ASAP when it does, I will never forgive Bandai Namco for implementing Denuvo, but at least putting it on GOG is a good option.

Dying Light: The Beast has no Denuvo, and it appears to have been cracked already. I see no reason not to have it here. This game also doesn’t come with microtransactions, because Techland learned from their mistakes.

For my opinion this is the most underatted third person shooter game that i played. As a player that spended 1195 hours on this game, i absolutely loved this game for two reasons: first reason by being free and second reason by being a fun game to play with friends. I still remember when my friend made a excel sheet for all good guns and for the best attachments, i still have that sheet to this day,i always played assault or recon. I hope this game will be one day revived but for now we just have to wait. Still sad to this day that game shuted down and got killed by micro payments. I still remember to this day of how good the game looked for that time and also i remember the wierd wii u port that got released. Overall the game was a 10/10 masterpiece.

I first came in contact with this game around march, I think near its announcement. The artwork alone was already astounding to me. And then I played the demo: gosh, that was bloody fun, even though I'm terrible at fast paced gaming overall. Really hope it becomes available at gog eventually.

I have played the game HOMM3 since it was released in the late Nineties. Later I played HOMM5. Both games were great experience. I love such round based Strategy games. And from time to time I came back to HOMM3 over the last 25 years. Later I found the beautiful HOTA mod for HOMM3. And as always I was fascinated from the game and from the mod. Such a beautiful work, such a great experience! I really love it. And now it seems that HOMM3 get with Might and Magic: Olden Era a fresh new approach. And of course: this new HOMM should be available on GOG.

I mean guys, we have Europa Universalis IV available on GOG, and the previous entries too. As well as many other Paradox Interactive developped and / or published games. So why no EU V ? 😉
The Outer Worlds 2
The Outer Worlds 2
user avatar@Star_Sage
An interesting take on a sequel, from at least the previews released so far. An in universe thing, but so far removed from the prior entry that it can stand on its own. Obsidian doesn't normally go in for that, as they LOVE their references, but given how it did, this is probably for the best in terms of new player onboarding. From what's been shown/playable in that one-hour teaser, they're messing the Outer Worlds style gameplay with a bit more of Pillar of Eternity style world building, letting you background flesh you out a bit more, and that's awesome. I look forward to this one, and hope it comes to all the major storefronts, this site included.

This is an absolutely fantastic game with an incredibly moving story and a wonderfully surrealist take on the traumas of childhood - all wrapped up in a clunky survival horror game that deserves to be preserved. Brown is a good boy.

user avatar@GregzillaGT
Devotion is thankfully purchasable on Red Candle's website after being unavailable for a while, but it deserves a place on the major storefronts again. It's a beautifully crafted horror story and its removal was really unfortunate, so efforts to preserve it further would be great to see.

this game rocks !! I had the CD then I went for studies abroad and years later my little brother "had that game CD" that he swear he purchased and I never got it back.. I played with multiplayer mods which were giving an extra layer of interest to the game, sort of Elite online before its time. I really wish this game can make it to GOG, but it needs DirectX and was a microsoft game so not sure they give up the licence..

Every now and then I come back to GOG looking for this game, because that's what it is, a Good Old Game that stands out as a lovely childhood memory. I've played it for more than a decade and each time is as joyful as the first. From the moment you step into the game, you are greeted with a richly detailed and beautifully animated world. The hand-drawn graphics are a feast for the eyes, with each level meticulously crafted to offer a unique and immersive experience. The game’s parallax scrolling engine ensures that the visuals remain smooth and engaging. The art style, reminiscent of a colorful cartoon, brings the pirate world to life in a way that feels both nostalgic and fresh. The gameplay is a perfect blend of challenge and reward. Captain Claw’s movements are silky smooth, and the controls are tight and responsive, making every jump and attack feel satisfying. The game is filled with a variety of enemies, traps, and puzzles that require both skill and strategy to overcome. The game’s soundtrack is another highlight, enhancing the atmosphere of each level, it ranges from the eerie and suspenseful to the adventurous and triumphant. The sound effects are equally impressive, with Captain Claw’s one-liners and the various enemy dialogues adding a layer of humor and personality to the game (the Portuguese language dubbing is also excellent, btw). Captain Claw is more than just a game; it’s an adventure that transports you to a world of swashbuckling pirates, mystical artifacts, and daring escapes. It’s a testament to what a side-scrolling platformer can achieve when crafted with passion and care. Captain Claw offers a thrilling and unforgettable experience that has aged remarkably well. In the vast and often overlooked landscape of classic PC games, Captain Claw stands out as a hidden gem, a testament to the ingenuity and creativity of Monolith Productions. It’s a game that deserves to be rediscovered and cherished, a true treasure in the annals of gaming history.

One of the most unique battle royale games ever made. I remember coming home from work, hopping in a match, and suplexing someone off a skyscraper. If any game deserves to have a revival in this day and age, I genuinely think Rumbleverse deserves it the most
The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay
The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay
user avatar@dumbsvilleREAL
This game is fantastic. The atmosphere, the narrative, the writing, it's all fantastic. While the game has shown its age, it's still an example of how FPS games are a form of narrative art. It also is deeply influential to the games by MachineGames, a studio made up of ex-Starbreeze devs, and the influence can be seen as soon as you boot up their Wolfenstein reboots and Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. I remember buying this game off Amazon and being blown away by how well it aged narratively. In fact, the story is better than the movies its based on! So, it's a shame that arguably the peak of its own franchise is inaccessible.

I had never stopped to think about how games can die until I saw what Blizzard did with Warcraft 3... A legend has been unceremoniously destroyed and replaced by a deformed, grotesque aberration. If there's one game that deserves to come back from the grave, it's this one.
Silent Hill
Silent Hill
user avatar@almeidadi
One of my favorite franchises, and it frustrates me how this game is still only playable with emulation, I played it on the PS3, and still think the experience could have been better, even though, it's still one of best horror games I've ever played. If Silent Hill gets a PC port, with more configuration, resolution support, etc., I will definitely get it.

I am sure it can be downloaded as abandonware, but just think how cool it would be to have it and Primal Hunt in GoG collection. It is one of best games in Alien/Predator universe. Story is good and characters are written well.

Freelancer
FreelancerEight hundred years prior to the start of our story, bitter conflict divided all of mankind. A handful of colonists struck out on their own to begin anew - far away from the Earth and its turmoil. Several ships were launched with enough equipment and supplies to give the hundreds onboard a fighting chance - but since the area around far-off Sirius had never been surveyed, no one really knew what to expect. What they found was a new frontier of free-flowing natural resources, unexplored territories, great wonders and lurking dangers. Each ship, representing the clusters of people and their earthly place of origin, settled into different parts of the galaxy pre-selected by their ship-board computer to give them the best chance of survival. Life was hard in the beginning, but over the 800 years the different colonies prospered and expanded their territories, claiming more and more systems for their own. Survival and propagation eventually led to growth and profit as each of the colonies developed specialties and fostered commerce. As the colonies grew and time passed their connections with their roots on Earth dwindled and they lost their memories of the conflicts of the past. Soon their attention was dominated by new, more immediate conflicts. Feelings of lost ancestral connection spurred anachronism in the look of the great cities, and created a somewhat distorted image of each colony's cultural heritage. In the ever-expanding outer edge of the territories, frontier lawlessness prevailed. The Houses: Each shipboard colony that left Earth carried some memory of its origins in its name. The Liberty carried Americans, The Bretonia flew from The United Kingdom and surrounding territory, The Kusari from Asia, and the Rheinland launched with Germanic cargo. As each ship settled and colonies began to expand, they knew little about each other and their advancing development. Finally, little by little, the individual colonies found each other and began to set up trade routes to link their systems for commerce and solidarity. Today, with each colony firmly rooted in its respective corner of the galaxy, the colonies rely heavily on each other for trade and industry but also compete for resources and new territories in the Border Worlds. The colonies mandate member governments in "The New Alliance" within the Sirius sector. To control conflicts, each colony has forged alliances and treaties with others as they have grown. Competition remains fierce, however. Struggles rage for supremacy in business, commerce, resources, power and control. There can be tenuous peace between colonies' political agendas, but the grabs for holdings constantly unsettle the volatile frontier.

Quake
"You get the phone call at 4 a.m. By 5:30 you're in the secret installation. The commander explains tersely, "It's about the Slipgate device. Once we perfect these, we'll be able to use them to transport people and cargo from one place to another instantly. An enemy codenamed Quake, is using his own slipgates to insert death squads inside our bases to kill, steal, and kidnap. The hell of it is we have no idea where he's from. Our top scientists think Quake's not from Earth, but another dimension. They say Quake's preparing to unleash his real army, whatever that is."You're our best man. This is Operation Counterstrike and you're in charge. Find Quake, and stop him ... or it ... You have full authority to requisition anything you need. If the eggheads are right, all our lives are expendable."While scouting the neighborhood, you hear shots back at the base. Damn, that Quake bastard works fast! He heard about Operation Counterstrike, and hit first. Racing back, you see the place is overrun. You are almost certainly the only survivor. Operation Counterstrike is over. Except for you. You know that the heart of the installation holds a slipgate. Since Quake's killers came through, it is still set to his dimension. You can use it to get loose in his hometown. Maybe you can get to the asshole personally. You pump a round into your shotgun, and get moving."From the masterminds behind DOOM and Wolfenstein comes an FPS classic that will warp your world. Building on the successful elements that drew players to DOOM, Quake brings a more Gothic flavour to the FPS genre and, like its predecessor, has spawned copycats and sequels over the years. The game is also renowned for creating and popularising Machinima, as the game engine was used to create Machinima classic’s such as “The Diary of a Camper” and “The Seal of Nehahra”. This GOG release also contains the two expansions for this first installment, “Quake Mission Pack No. 1: Scourge of Armagon” and “Quake Mission Pack No. 2: Dissolution of Eternity”, bringing even more interdimensional horrors and weapons to your PC.

Frequently Asked Questions
Learn more about GOG Dreamlist with our FAQ
What is GOG Dreamlist?
GOG Dreamlist is a community-based tool anyone can use to vote for the games they want to see revived or added to our platform. These votes help GOG demonstrate community interest to IP owners and bring these games to life on our platform.
How does voting work?
Find a game on the list and click the arrow button to cast your vote. You can do so directly from the main page or a game's card. Every vote helps shape our platform and supports game preservation, so make it count!
How do I add a game to the Dreamlist?
If you cannot find a game already on the list please use this form to add it to the list for everyone to vote.
Can I vote for more than one game?
Yes, you can vote for multiple games, but only once per game.
Why should I vote?
Each vote shows community interest and signals to IP owners that releasing their game on GOG is a valuable opportunity.
How can I learn about the status of the game on the Dreamlist?
Currently, we can’t disclose the business status of a game before its release due to the complexity of the process and the potential negative impact this could have on our efforts. However, we’re working on a feature that will let you track the games you’ve voted for once they’re released.
Does high number of votes for a game mean that it will be released sooner?
A high number of votes shows strong interest, which influences both GOG and IP owners. However, we can’t guarantee that every highly-voted game will be released.
How does my vote help to preserve games?
All games on GOG are DRM-free, so you can download and back them up for future use. Additionally, we aim to include as many games as possible in the GOG Preservation Program, ensuring classic titles remain playable on modern systems.
What happens with Stories once the game is released on GOG?
We’re working on a solution to migrate Stories to GOG.COM game cards once the game is released: we won’t let them get lost.
