Yup! Most of it, anyway. Some smaller DLC's are not included, but the expansions are all there. If you don't have it, the price is very good ( 15$ for tier 3, which has the latest expansion ). If you grab the DLC's at sale you will probably reach 20-25$, which is till lower than the Complete Edition price in US ( 50$ )

At the big Humble Bundles is better to wait for the second week and check the unlocks and then decide if you buy or not. For weekly, it's pretty much the same stuff until the end. Only Bohemia humble bundle weekly had unlocks, which was for the first time when that happened into a weekly.
