Please explain me, because here it seems there are a lot of those bots...how can a bot grab and redeem a code on Steam?
How does it work?
Is it possible create a similar thing or you just kidding about bots?

Bots are simply software programs that follow a certain automated protocall.

Someone can create a program that looks for certain critera (ie: series of letters and numbers resembling a Steam code's format). It will then automatically copy that code, and interface with the steam software activation, paste it, and submit it. There are also scripts that can do things like that as well.

But GOG mods can't disable it?
