Thanks Ian but that software didn't seem to have recording capabilities and also had a 1-2 second delay. I ended up re-recording and just posting it on youtube as a podcast.

"blocked for adult content"- either that means it was suspect or my net provider is blocking anything and everything again as they see fit (mostly non-advertisers!).

as theyve blocked two of my own sites, im gusssing the latter - as they let the only source of adult content fly (my main site!).
ill try the first (youtube) link again in a while and see
