Prepare yourselves a cauldron of hot coffee and stock up on eyedrops! Our infamous Insomnia Sale returns with a relentless stream of limited-quantity deals, one game after the other, nonstop until the games run out. Or the sheep doze off.

We've been studying your valuable feedback on this annual event, including comments like "AAAAARRRRGHHHHHH!!!" and "Please, why won't you let me sleep?!". We took them to heart and decided that what you guys are saying is that you need more gaming stimulants to fight away sleepiness. Worry not, we're here to help.

You lucky Insomniacs will also be treated to a number of games never before seen on GOG.com as well as the best-ever deal on our crowning jewel - The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (-50% after the recent price drop, that's $24.99 in the USA).

If you want to learn more about the intricacies behind this whole science of non-sleep, check out the promo FAQ. But don't dally there too long, because games will start disappearing before your bloodshot eyes!

The GOG.com Insomnia Sale starts Monday, March 21, 2:00 PM GMT and will run until the limited-quantity deals run out.

Southpawe: 6. I want a refund! How do I initiate the refund procedure?
You simply need to contact our Support Team, by using the “Technical Issues with Games” form, and describing the problem as accurately as possible. We will get back to you with what we think might help fix your problem. If we can't get it working together, you will get your money back.

This?

ReynardFox: That wants technical details and a dxdiag report, when i'm not actually requesting a refund due to a game malfunction, I was overcharged.

rebellion: Account > Orders and settings > Find your order > Click the down arrow > Contact Support

ReynardFox: That just takes me to the same list of options, with nothing dedicated to refunds, it doesn't even add the order number to the results... not that I coudl anyway as "my orders" hasn't shown 80% of my purchases for years.
Oh, well that sucks.

xep624: Holy crap! I just got back from work and all I can see are games quickly disappearing - Bird Story and Ultimate General Gettysburg just now. Can anyone please direct me to the list of games that were on sale - I don't know why but I like to stare at that list :)
Sleepy Sheep Tracker List

Games are cycling *very* fast for this sale. GOG seem to be following a small-quantities, return-often approach for this insomnia.

Yeah, I found that, and there's no way to select my order because the orders droplist is completely fucked and never shows anything I bought anymore.
I missed Convoy... lel

I might buy Saint's row 3 if it comes around again. Not much else worth buying tho.

And because of this some of us are discouraged to get anything. The fact you can't see the game details page from the sale (another window needed, Steam or something else) joined with the too small quantities = I won't have time to enter the details even if I C/P the card number (the longest to enter).

Then there's ReynardFox's problem.

Nah-ah. Nice visuals, as usual, but I'll be sitting this one out.

So just select Not Applicable in the dropdown list.
I don't see what all the fuss is about mate :s
I would like to buy Satelite Reign. I have a key for DRM free version on Humble Bundle (I supported them after KS campaign), but I don't want to open an account on Humble Bundle. I'll Keep my eyes peeled for Saint 3 and maybe we can swap !

Obviously you've never had requests ignored by GOG support before, and that's just what's happened with free-form messages I have sent them in the past.

Pillars of Eternity - that reminds me that over 2 years after KS campaign I should start playing this great game sooner or later...
