ThomNG: This have been explained many many times on Steam :) we had some technical limitations there but we anyways wanted to give away the free copy so we chose the Franchise pack owners (as we needed to direct the free copy to just one SKU, so it was not possible to say "anyone who have bought DS II + ALL DLCs etc. will get the free copy) to get this free version. 80 % for all the rest was also done due to that fact. A really high discount for all of the other buyers - there was the only option we were told, so we had to go that way.
And it had been corrected many times but you ignored it completely. Why did you not chose to use the Season Pass as SKU?
Who was it possible, that the Upgrade offer for Dark Souls 2 was able to detect the DLC and offer a special upgrade tier?

Yeah - a free "loyality" upgrade offer for some users is nice, but I bought the games and the DLCs at release and full price and have to pay 6€ - I'm feeling very "loyal" now. I will keep this in mind for your future releases...

CaptDiablo: That's great, so gifted copies of the game are excluded from the discount?? Where the heck does it say that? This somehow makes me really sad :(
Somehow I doubt that's the way it is supposed to work. Let's see if we'll get an official reply.
Thank you very much for the free upgrade Nordic & GOG!...

CaptDiablo: There's no Serial Keys option.

What am I missing here? Is it because it was a gift and didn't actually purchase it on GOG?

PaterAlf: Same here. I bought Darksiders when it was released here and got Darksiders 2 (base game) as a gift. Only 20% discount for me. Is it really how it is supposed to work? Or do you need Darksiders 2 + DLCs to get the 80% discount?

Thanks Nordic & GOG. I really like when these enhanced/director's cut/definitive editions are given to previous customers as a free upgrade. Classy move.
Climbing on vines seems to be a bit buggy, doesn't always work properly.
Anyone know of a way to remove the godawful black bars when locking onto an enemy?

True, but he's saying that he's only receiving the 20% discount, when he should qualify for the Tier 2 discount of 80% by owning the original Darksiders 2 base game.
What a pleasant surprise.
Thanks.
Thank you very much!
Thanks Nordic for giving away this free enhanced edition on Steam and GOG.
The choice to require Darksiders 1 to get it for free is a bit strange though.
But still, all praise Nordic.
Awesome! Woke up and checked my e-mail to find I had a new game. I thought it was a mistake at first. But finding a free game was an awesome surprise!! :D
Didn't see that coming. Thanks a lot, Nordic and GOG!

Support says it should be there, it isn't, sent screenshot, issue currently under investigation.
A nice surprise! - kudos to Nordic and GOG for this one.

I was also wondering who hacked my account to buy stuff with, until i read the actual 'order confirmation'. x)
