I already said this a few times but since it really helped me nearly every time I am not getting tired to say it again:

Just contact the devs or/and the publishers yourself. Do a google search, write a mail or on facebook or - if you have an account - in the steam forums. In my experience mostly it just takes days until they send the update to GOG. YOU are the buyer YOU gave them money soe demand what is your right: a working game. They should not treat steam customers better than GOG customers as long as they take BOTH their money. Demand your right and you'll get it!
Hi I just found out about the Deathinitive Edition for the Darksiders II and the problems associated with it on both gog and steam which I have questions/concerns. If I have or buy the new edition on gog or steam will the either one both have the same content or is there a difference? If their is a difference what's missing one or the other? Are all of the DLC is included? If I install the Darksiders II: Deathinitive Edition will it replace the old version of the game game (note: I don't want that to happen because there is a likely chance my laptop can't run it)? Any bugs or glitches associated with this version I need to be aware of or has everything been iron out and fixed?

Can I run it? here are my specs: (if not I can wait until I get a better laptop)

Os: Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit

Chipset/Video Card: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 (intergrated)

Manufacturer: Intel

Display: 1600 x 900 (other resolutions 1024 x 768 and 800 x 600)

Number of Cores: 8 (note: I learned some where on steam forums that in spite of me have 8 cores for some reason my laptop only uses one which I learned (not sure if this is true) that I have to manually activate the rest of cores, but the problem is not only I don't know how to do this but also I want to know the if there is any consequences for activating rest of the cores and keeping them active?

Even the Steam version still is unpatched. I own both old and new Steam versions and can download either as I please. Here's the latest changelog that GOG copy probably won't have: http://steamcommunity.com/app/388410/discussions/0/496881136927436269/

They said they'll release the patch sometimes 'soon'. We'll see how soon is their 'soon'.

Thanks for your response but to make sure I understanding your post. I can have both versions in my library and play them both anytime without either version interfereing with each other when it comes to updates and saves? Also I went to the link that was posted it seems base off my understanding it some type of beta patch forum where individuals participated to test the update build which I did notice there seems getting mixed results. Now I do like great graphics in games but my main concern is the stuttering issues which has mixed result, along with an individual have crashing issues just for possibly using too much of his powers along with dishing out to much damage to enemies and game breaking bug that you can't go any further (this is one person who has this problem though, but specs in general seems better than mine though.)

Are you sure that this is the changelog for the latest version? Because if it is, then the GOG version is actually the latest one ever since November 26.
