Another incredibly minute/nitpicky one - the "curly" quotation marks used to frame 'KLAAS-yeh' are not consistent with the "straight" ones [" "] before and after 'RE-va-shol' and 'O-RAN-yeh':
https://i.imgur.com/rRPddX3.jpg Another example - besides many others - for the inconsistent use of both "Mr." and "Mr" (alongside "Ms." and "Ms" in other instances) during dialogue. Deciding on and then sticking to
one of the conventions (like the British English one
without the period) would be appreciated.
https://i.imgur.com/IwqoGUh.jpg The past tense used when bringing up the Ice Bear Fridge while talking to the Novelty Dicemaker doesn't really make any sense.
The Ice Bear Fridge still
is, and as far as I'm aware
will remain in the cellar, so speaking of it as if it's not there anymore is factually wrong.
Should be "There
is a terrifying" resp. "The bear
is scary.", "Every time I
see that bear I
feel *scared*", etc.:
https://i.imgur.com/GbmFxue.jpg If you order the Novelty Dicemaker to make you a standard role playing Wirrâl die (first dialogue option,
"sweet and basic die for the Wirrâl setting"), and - after 8 hours - pick it up WHILE having the Standard Wirrâl Die from the Wirrâl board game box in the inventory it doesn't give you a second Standard Wirrâl Die.
The task completes upon paying the 7 réal for it and you still gain +10 experience points but the actual die doesn't show up in the inventory, next to the other one.
Which I guess is the reason it doesn't work - already having a die of the same type (Standard Wirrâl Die) in the inventory(?).
Interestingly enough, the description after "receiving" the die also seems to suggest that the Standard Wirrâl Die as made by the Novelty Dicemaker actually is supposed to be
red instead of green(?).
Steps to reproduce:
1) Purchase the Wirrâl board game in the bookstore
2) Examine the game box (this unlocks the dialogue option for ordering the "sweet and basic die for the Wirrâl setting" at the Novelty Dicemaker)
3) Take the Standard Wirrâl Die out of the box
4) Place the order for the "sweet and basic Wirrâl setting-die" (a.k.a. another Standard Wirrâl Die, seemingly identical to the one from the board game box that's now in the inventory)
5) Return to the Novelty Dicemaker after 8 hours and pick up the ordered die
6) Open the inventory to find that there's still just
one Standard Wirrâl Die instead of the expected two
https://i.imgur.com/UfgbUhw.jpg Should be "in
the Journal" (adding "the" to "Journal") for all cases:
https://i.imgur.com/voakEDC.jpg Again, the wording reads (and sounds) a bit odd in its current form - sure it's not supposed to be "for several dice
rolls." instead (adding "rolls" after "dice")?
https://i.imgur.com/9hlglq4.jpg Should be "colo
uring" (with an "u") if British English conventions, particularly in regards to spelling, are still the ones to adhere to:
https://i.imgur.com/ZimqHiR.jpg A bit of a contradiction here - it's
6 (actually just
5) phrases in the "Cursed Iilmaraan Die"'s description:
1)
take all 2)
lose all 3)
50/50 4)
nothing happens and
5)
pale while the Novelty Dicemaker lists the (
actual)
six phrases as:
1)
Take all 2)
Lose all 3)
50/50 4)
Nothing happens 5)
Roll again and
6)
God is indifferent With "
God is indifferent" being referred to again over the course of the dialogue (while being the actual
6th of
six phrases overall) it must be the description of the "Cursed Iilmaraan Die" that's wrong and needs to be corrected.
https://i.imgur.com/UjPiRlD.jpg Again, should be a colon instead of the period between "21" and "00" ("21
:00"):
