Definitely should be "can be traced back to her." though:

"The Greatest Innossence" in the description vs. "The Greatest Innosence" (dropping the second "s") on the book cover:

The use of "innocence" vs. "innossence" is also inconsistent, when talking to the storekeep Plaisance and/or while interacting with the book itself and taking the quiz:

I had a strange bug at the fishermens shacks. There's a gap with some ice floes you're supposed to jump over. Mine jumped from left to right, after that they just kept running to the right, across the river, under the bridge and.... out of the map :)

Should be "(Point at the Kineema.)", if I'm not mistaken:

Encountered a minor (display) bug starting from sometime during the second day: whereas previously the "white checks" would be removed once I re-tried them and succeeded, after a certain point this stopped happening. As in, the "white check" still appears on the map screen.

So far the only effect seems to be increasing the clutter of useless stuff to go through, if I want to go over what "white checks" are currently available to me.

I think it started happening some time after I got hold of a map of the area - but I didn't notice it for a while so it's possible that it had already started before then, i.e. from the start of day 2.
Hey Folks! Small bug here, appreciate any help.. When trying to talk to the dicemaker above the book shop, my game doesnt load all the options in the conversation thread about the other shops that failed underneath here. There are 9 selectable options using buttons, but only 8 options on my screen with no option to scroll down, and then no option to get out of that conversation thread, making it impossible to get out of the conversation, forcing a reload. Not a huge deal, I think you lose 10 exp or so skipping that topic with her, but just wondering if there is a fix! Thank you!
Encountered a rather serious bug related to saving. To be honest, I don't know if it's related to my GOG Galaxy client being unable to sync save filed, but it is happening nonetheless.
So this started happening after advancing the story by choosing the Shiver option while examining the mural of the abandoned factory on the extreme left of the fishing village.
After the conversation, I was no longer able to either quicksave with the f5 shortcut or save normally from the men (the option was literally greyed out, clicking it didn't do anything).
I kept going until the end of the Tribunal scene thinking it was something concerning the story, but nothing changed, with saving the game still being impossible even after Harry wakes up.

I don't really feel like continuing until the problem can be figured out. Any ideas?

Another example of the frequent (deliberate?) inconsistency of using "innocence" vs. "innossence" (as established by literature found in the bookstore or when talking to NPCs like the bookstorekeep, Plaisance):

According to the inner Grammar Nazi it should be "to the RCM's presence," instead:
https://imgur.com/a/qcVkG1e

"present" would only be (semi-)correct if you dropped the apostrophe between "RCM" and "s", but then again there's only one Revachol Citizens' Militia, not multiple Revachol Citizens' Militias.

Should be present tense "We should grind", "I don't think grinding" resp. "to *grind into pigfeed*":

Should be "into pigfeed" (minus the "s" between "pig" and "feed"):

This particular interjection by CONCEPTUALIZATION isn't supposed to be the follow-up to Kim Kitsuragi's response in this case:

...but to the one he gives when choosing any of the OPINIONs other than the 5th ("I've spent the last 20 seconds deciding...").
