Depends how wide you set the genre definition. I'd never consider Sierra quests a genre of their own. If I cut it that narrow I'm sure I'll find a lot of "genres" I don't like. But when I think of "don't like the genre" it means to me not liking the best that the genre has to offer. In this respect, I think I enjoy all genres. Sure I gravitate more towards some genres than others, but I wouldn't say I just flatly can't enjoy a specific genre no matter what. If there's anything, it's probably sports games, and sport management games, if you consider that a genre.
Anything with Sid Meier's name on it. I'm way too stupid to play them and hence I hate all of them with a passion! :D

@tomdelada
RTS is my favorite genre and I'm no good with multi-tasking either so I should point out that most any RTS worth it's salt has a 'pause and play' option; you pause, give your orders, un-pause, watch the carnage. I wouldn't be able to play them myself without that.
I never liked fighting games very much also, but then I did love One Must Fall 2097, so I guess for every genre there are exceptions.
JRPGs, bullet hell shooters, and any game containing frustrating jumping puzzles.
Anything that requires manual digit dexterity or me to memorize button combinations. The Pain!!!
racing, <insert vehicle name> simulators, sports games
Moba, modern FPS, realistic driving games, 99% of fighting games, beat 'em ups after the mega drive era, 99% of sports games, and a whole bunch more that I'm just forgetting.
Don't really dislike any genre, but like some other posters I'm just not as attracted to racing/driving sims and maybe sports games. They're fun, but I prefer other genres to them.
Racers - Boring

RTS - Stressful

Sports - Zzzzzzzz

Fighting - Stupid

Hack n' Slash - Very rarely I enjoy a decent one. Usually they bore and frustrate me. Also they play like crap with a mouse, generally.

I play RPGs the majority of the time, with FPS taking up most of the remainder. Sometimes I throw in a turn-based strategy game, usually when it's a genre hybrid with FPS like Shadowrun or X-Com. I very rarely play platformers out of nostalgia for my youth. I used to love point and click adventure games but have kind of stopped playing them.

It's a similar thing for my brother. Actually he's great when it comes to strategy games and generally he loves tactical or strategic games and he also appreciates how dramatic and lively real-time games are *but* he just can't play real-time games without active pause. He used to be able to play and beat those without active pause (and without slowing them down) but as he's decided to focus on more noble pursuits than gaming he has kinda developed the need of taking his time to analyze the situation and make a decision. Also he gets mad whenever he feels that he lost a fight or match just because he wasn't able to execute his plan quickly enough due to the lack of active pause. Oddly enough, however, he kicked my ass in Fallout Tactics' multiplayer *every single friggin' time*. To this day he loves to tease me just by saying "Fallout Tactics" whenever I'm better at a game than he is - what an asshole. :D
Most fighting games. More specifically, fighting games with health bars and those weird combo moves; thus, wrestling games and Super Smash Brothers are still fine by me.

Most real-time strategy games. I'm just not very good at them. I still try them out from time to time and have even enjoyed quite a few - Warcraft 3, SpellForce 2 and Ground Control spring to mind - but most of them I can't tolerate for much longer than an hour or so. Doesn't stop me from trying, though.

Stealth games. I suck at every single one of them for some reason, and even mandatory stealth elements wind me the fuck up. For instance, the stealth missions were the last nail in Ring Runner's coffin for me, although I was plenty annoyed at the game even before that.

Roguelikes. I do sort of like some of them, but many of the features that the proper target audience finds desirable simply annoy me.

Modern first-person shooters. I can take them to a point, but pretty much everything since F.E.A.R. is simply too homogeneous and dull for me. I'd take Marathon over Call of Duty any day without a moment of hesitation.

Sports games, excluding motorsports. Just not interested in sports in general.

Anything that is either a "Diablo clone" or "the game that Diablo III should always have been". Oh, boring grindfests. Count me out, then.

JRPG's, with the exception of Chrono Trigger and another game that I just can't remember at the moment. The design is generally too over-the-top, the writing poor, the characters unlikeable. Soundtracks tend to be fantastic, though, I have to give them that.

EDIT: Also, anything with a multiplayer focus.

XD That's exactly why I like them! Okay I'm not fat but I have all the coordination of Stephen Hawking and that's why I love sports games. In real life I wouldn't be able to pick up a football but inside of the computer all of a sudden I'm a stud athlete! Gotta love that fantasy! :D

Maybe thats the reason why I play so much FPS lately...
