Awesome daily deals and bundles up to -90%. Free games to unlock. Fuzzy squirrel on the front page.

Ah yes. Fall. A time of gold and scarlet, overcoats, and increasingly cozy afternoons. A fine time to start stocking up for the winter. A fine time for a gaming sale indeed… So welcome to the Big Fall Sale - 11 days of new daily deals every 12 hours, a new set of bundles every 24 hours and free games to unlock.

The Big Fall Sale goes to eleven. It's one better, isn't it?
Today, the last day of the Big Fall Finale, is also a day of all the remaining daily deals - there's just so many of them. It's the time to grab everything you might be kinda into, and just maybe it'll also score you a free game or two, or three.

As we wind down the deals and pack our bundles, there's just one more thing to say: thanks for joining us in the Big Fall Sale!

While you're here, grab a few extra games for free by doing your thing and shopping around. The more you spend, the more you'll get back, so when your total spendings exceed $5, $15, and $30, you'll unlock a new game for FREE. They're pretty good ones too:
--System Shock 2 - free for everyone who spends at least $5.
--The Chronicles of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena - free for everyone who spends at least $15.
--Banished - free for everyone who spends at least $30.

Pet the squirrel, grab your nuts, stock up for winter, and stay cozy out there - the Big Fall Sale is here with 11 days of discounted gaming joy, new deals every day, free games to collect, and plenty of reasons to keep coming back! The sale will last until November 15, 1:59 PM GMT.

budejovice: So are we getting a 12 hour changeover in a few hours?

DON'T make me resort to reading comprehension and/or logic!!

IAmSinistar: Daily Deals will change in about 5 hours.
Nice... :)

EDIT: (And then later noticed the countdown timer...) Thanks though!

Sounds silly, but somehow I haven't found a good deal for me, yet.

I guess I'll see it tomorrow. :P
I'm not waiting until 3 AM.
Just wanted to post a quick update, so that all the guys/gals who tried to help me resolve the issue:

moonshineshadow: Something definitely went wrong. (snip)

PaterAlf: You don't get the codes by clicking on the free dots. (snip)
avatar
joppo: You may have received your gift codes by email, (snip)
know what was the problem.

The problem was - I had to just .... wait.

In that case you were in the wrong thread. This one is the right one for waiting. ;)
I'm considering grabbing Act of War in the current sale. Can anyone recommend it?

TB was pretty enthusiastic when he played it on the GoG Twitch channel
Art of War seems to have pretty good reviews.

Reminds of Command and Conquer: Generals that came out about ten years ago. In the game three forces are locked in multiple-front global conflicts: the USA, China, and a "Islamist terrorist Jihadist group that had taken hold of the Middle East and making inroads into Europe." At the time, I thought, "Seriously? No freaking ragtag groups of Islamist terrorist could be so vast, so organized, and so well-financed, and take on the USA or even the regular army of an entire nation."

And then came ISIS. Looking back, that game was almost prescient.

BioWare had a golden opportunity when EA announced that BioWare was making Command and Conquer: Generals 2. I thought it would be perfect if BioWare had included ISIS into the sequel to reflect current real-world events, Unfortunately, BioWare cancelled Command and Conquer: Generals mostly due to (based on what I've read) political correctness and does not want to "offend Islam", i.e., BioWare, being a Canadian company, has a culture that is extremely politically correct and "regressive liberal" (a term coined by Sam Harris and Bill Maher for liberals who are very ridiculously deferential to Muslims, and would give up free speech right to defer to Islam.)

Yeah, I'm sure it was "political correctness" and not the fact that they retooled a campaign-based single-player game as microtransactions-fueled online multiplayer game that every single fan (and pretty much all of its alpha testers) hated :P
Ha, nice. What's the squirrels name? If it's unnamed, how about "gognutz"? >^,,^<

So I assume we won't see a Fall Insomnia this year right? :-(

Let's see if I can find a reason to stick around work for an hour to see the flip.

*shuffles papers*

Oh look, there's 20 hours of work. :)
