BrokenBull: I definitely recommend "Not a Hero" to those who have not bought it yet. If you liked "Hotline Miami" you might like it.

omega64: They don't seem al that similar aside from shooting people.
I didn't mean they were similar. Both have good shooting action, bloody gore and action. Therefore one may like it for that. I prefer "Not a Hero" than "Hotline Miami".
Kind of freakin' awesome
Age of Wonders 3: so if I want the cheapest pack with all the gaming content (no interest in soundtracks, making-of videos etc.), what are the versions to get?

If I understood the descriptions right, the vanilla version is missing "Dragon's Throne Scenario", which means it is missing some gaming content that the Deluxe Edition has?

And on top of the Deluxe Edition, one should get also the "Golden Realms" and "Eternal Lords"? These two are compatible with both the AOW3 vanilla an Deluxe Editions?

Is Age of Wonders 3 even out of active development? Won't they be adding more expansions over time?

That was my next question, you stole my line.

Maybe I will indeed wait for the Ultimate Gold Edition instead, just to be sure. No worry, I've yet to install and play the earlier AoW games so AoW3 would go to the end of the line anyway. Maybe by then they have released a remake anyway, with enhanced graphics and better voices.

Leroux: I know this is probably the wrong place to ask for unbiased answers, but if we disregard anything DRM for a moment (including the fact that even the Steam version is not tied to Steamworks), are there any differences between the GOG and the Steam version of Divinity: Original Sin, any advantages, disadvantages that one version has over the other? E.g. multiplayer, modding support, extras etc.?

And apart from the supposedly awesome improvements, any disadvantages the Enhanced version of D:OS has over the old version (e.g. regarding compatibility)? I take it you can't get both version in one package anymore, if you didn't already own D:OS at the time EE was released, right? (And you can't get the original version on GOG anymore?)
If you buy the enhanced version, you can request access to the original release via support.

shmerl: At last Linux users got an opportunity to buy Divinity: Original Sin with discount. It was released on Steam (the Linux version) with discount, but on GOG it was released at full price while they really had to give Linux users some price reduction for the huge delay. I'll buy it now.
Exactly what I was thinking! :)

Azhdar: It's Wang Time! :D
Just be careful that you don't end up with a - erm - as a split personality.
I'm sure I'm not the first to say this, but who is Jesse Cox? If he's a youtube gamer he's probably annoying as hell. Though there are some excellent games in this promo.

He's a YouTuber, as mentioned in the news post. He's also done some Twitch streams for GOG, though I'm not sure how often.

He's insufferable. Also shockingly intelligent and capable of very precisely analyzing a story. Which is a shame, because he's far too annoying for me to listen to for prolonged periods of time.
So witcher 1 and 2 worth to play?
Can't play 3 though,but i never played witcher before.

All gaming content? You would need to pre-order it. Supposedly, Elven Resurgence is minor thing that doesn't really matter. I have also heard that about Dragon's Throne. However, I can't speak to it personally.

Haha, thanks Fenixp. I think I'll take a pass. Youtube can be such a wasteland.

I don't catch his stuff very often since he mostly does Let's Plays, but if you like watching Let's Play's, I think he's worth giving a chance. He can be dramatic at times, but I'm pretty sure it is just his shtick. When he teams up with Total Biscuit, it's usually hilarious.

Here's an example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-krReNnkW6I
