But yeah, I haven't ever tried it myself so I don't know for certain. I suppose that it's not outside the realm of possibility that they differ somewhat depending on their country of origin due to diet or whatever. Most here are completely wild and live in the bush, and are pretty much everywhere.
Well here it's the kind of thing fancy restaurants serve instead of chicken (because that's too plain and boring for fancy restaurants), plus I believe it's basically a wild chicken and the ancestor of domesticated chickens; hence posh chicken.

I imagine most of the ones you get here are actually farmed (or at least managed) so would probably be more tender and juicy than the purely wild variety.

Edit: And it's well worth trying as it's delicious, like a slightly more flavourful chicken. Not quite gamey (though I love game), but more to it than chicken or turkey.

The 'non-standard' options typically include ostrich, kudu, warthog from what I've seen but I've never seen tarantaal (what it's known as over here), at least not that I can remember. I'll definitely look out for it next time I find myself at a fancy restaurant.

Standard easter procedure for me. Go to church tomorrow on Easter Saturday and get the traditional Easter food blessed by the catholic priest. Usually that includes cooked painted eggs, cooked ham, horse radish and Slovenian national walnut cake (Potica). You can obviously put what ever food you want in to the easter basket that you bring to church.

We are allowed to eat blessed food then on Easter. Otherwise going out for a family lunch on Easter Sunday. That's about it.

Nothing special here, will most likely be another typical Sunday. I'm also off the sweets and sugar stuff for a bit so will not go rampage crunching on chocolate bunnies.
