lunch and dinner ?
I've never eaten rabbits/hares. What does it taste like? Is it similar to another type of more mainstream meat?

Many people wouold probably say that it is. If not prepared properly, it can be quite stringy and tough. But it's tasty. Not really like chicken, but hard to really say exactly what it compares to other than poultry.

That reminds me of a 'recipe' that a professor once gave me. He said that there is only one way to cook a Guineafowl:
You start with a big pot on a fire, put in the Guineafowl and weigh it down with a brick. Then you add water, spices and close the lid. After about 30 minutes you take the pot off the fire, pour out the water, throw away the Guineafowl and eat the brick.
The joke is it's really difficult to prepare so that it isn't tough and stringy. Apparently one way to do it right is to cook it in yogurt.

Just be sure not to tell them that ;)

While the joke is humorous I find that hard to believe, I've never had guinea fowl that wasn't delicious and moist. Plus it's basically a kind of posh chicken (though drying out is a common issue with any game birds due to a lack of fat, but nothing that can't be solved with a lot of butter and bacon)

Lol a posh chicken : I'd rather say a dumb chicken, because they look like morons to me :D

But yeah, I haven't ever tried it myself so I don't know for certain. I suppose that it's not outside the realm of possibility that they differ somewhat depending on their country of origin due to diet or whatever. Most here are completely wild and live in the bush, and are pretty much everywhere.
I am going to enjoy a day off of work, and make a leg of lamb.

Oh and cadbury eggs are awesome. one of the reasons i get excited about easter. other than that, i'm gunna play some games and chill out.

best day is the day after Easter: Dyngus Day! It's big here in cleveland: http://www.clevelanddyngus.com/history.htm

I made it last year for the first time and it was amazing. i used that stupid "set it and forget it" rotisserie thingy, you know the one with the TV ads. it actually does a good job.
