It does look nice. And it is fun seeing anew game targeting the GZDoom engine. So many things the original Doom did not have!

I feel sorry for the dev who had to struggle through GOG's godawful submission process, but I'm also happy that the game finally made it! Going to pick it up on day 1!

Does it run on stock GZDoom or does it have some proprietary extensions to the engine?
I'm asking because gamers on Linux and especially BSD & other less popular platforms are going to be interested if it can run purely on the open source open source engine that has already been ported to many systems..

It's confirmed it needs their own heavily modified version of the engine, but will support Linux at least.
