Meh, its not like the movies good anyway. I mean how good could the new one get possibly, medicore?

There is nothing ot be saved so what me worry
I like Daisy. Or at least what I saw in Star Wars. But making her look like Lara Croft would require a lot of CGI in all the wrong places.

I hate it when actors that does not look the slightest like what they should portray get pushed to portray it just 'cause he/shes popular right now. Especially if its the main character.
Meh, Lara Croft has changed so much over the years they can even get away if they would cast Edna Everage.
tort must be a lot of fun at parties.
I really liked Daisy Ridley in Star Wars, and I think she should fit in perfectly as Lara Croft in the post reboot, sensibly proportioned breasts era, version of the character.

Oh you're no fun anymore.

HereForTheBeer: I prefer an actress who looks like she could physically pull off the action stuff.

I'm gonna vote for Lucy Lawless.

Stevedog13: Lucy Lawless would have been a fantastic choice back when they made the first Tomb Raider movie, but I'm not sure fans want a 50 year old Lara Croft. Not that she doesn't still look fantastic, just no longer the right demographic for this role.
Being purt' near 50 myself, I'll stick with Lucy. XD

As for boob size, there are plenty of push-up / fluff-up / squeeze-up products and tricks out there to make just about anyone work. So focus on the action and believe-ability and leavage the cleavage to the costume folks. They can fake the chest size, but they can't fake the acting and screen presence.

I was fun before?

SeduceMePlz: My current preference for the role is the talented and lovely Lauren Cohan. She plays sophisticated and sexy with ease: See her role as clever rogue Bella Talbot in the third season of Supernatural. She's also capable of credible toughness: See her role as survivor Maggie Greene in The Walking Dead. Last, but equally important, she looks the part: See the pictures attached to this post.

I'd be there opening day for Tomb Raider starring Lauren Cohan. How about you? Got a better pick?
I agree, she is perfect to play Lara.
Ridley is an ok-ish actress, but after all, she is my waifu.
Another thing is that this is not Wonder Woman for which you apparently can cast a completely flat girl and camouflage it with armored metal bra of the desired size :D

She's a what now? Sounds like a brand of waffles.
LOL and still a better trailer than Ghostbusters got. I'm not sure who that woman is, but she would have been infinitely funnier than what we got out of any of the female ghostbusters.

I agree, I thought that the lack of acting on her part was because of the character she was playing. Sort of like in Johnny Mnemonic where all the actors seemed to be asking WWKRD.

I think that kind of thing would be appropriate for Lara as well, I'm just not sure that a character being so known for huge boobses is going to be castable by somebody that isn't at least somewhat stacked. I think Angelina had to do some bra stuffing for the role, IIRC.

Have you played Tomb Raider in the last 10 years?
