yogsloth: You’re like him.
Are you sure the name of your dog wasn't Yeller? Was he elderly?
I apologise for being away for two days. Yogsloth was right about me. He's always right about me. I'm going to cry into a taco waffle.

Firstly, I should most likely Unvotve: yogsloth.

Secondly, for awhile there I felt as if I were in a totally different game to the rest of you, at least where voting for Ixam is concerned. While his claim certainly did alarm me somewhat, I always have a little trouble reading him. I never seem to be able to tell what he's really on about most of the time. Having said this, I also don't find him to be all that suspicious.

Speaking of said claim, does anyone think that it would be helpful to try and guess at what sort of role Ixam was hinting at? I can't seem to think of anything that would explain his claim (other than some role that JMich has created specifically for this game, which I very much doubt).

Lastly, I'm much more comfortable voting for Lifthrasil. I would like to hear from him before doing so, though.

Wasn't the whole point of letting him keep quite about it exactly the opposite of this?

Bookwyrm627: 2 parts bolded by me. Both are interesting.

Dessimu: Interesting how? Should I explain these parts more widely?
Interesting, as in noteworthy. Things that piqued my interest.

Feel free to elaborate, please.

Krypsyn: ?
Ok, this song mark made me go through Lifthrasil's posts to check if I did not write bollocks. I did not. Last game (35), Lifthrasil first went very hard on JMich because of his "strange restriction". This "restriction" has made many people confused. That ended in JMich's lynch. Both JMich and Lifthrasil were town in that game. Clear, though crazy, voting reason.

Now... First wagon in this game was on RWarehall. Lifthrasil started it - pretty much RVS vote, post 70. Then Krypsyn joined - post 79. Why? Not clear. Yogs and me joined wagon on our own will. Vote count - post 84.

Post 92. All is ok until sentence "Kryps is the father and his two children from his first marriage follow him blindly." By saying so, Lift implies that Krypsyn somehow made yogs and me vote. As if Krypsyn influenced our votes consciously, by planning and by his own choice. Which is wrong.

Post 245. Again, Lift implies Krypsyn being on Lift's wagon as a solid fact of Krypsyn being scum. But really, just because Lift believes Krypsyn to be scum. Or because he, as scum, sees this situation to pile framing on Krypsyn. OMGUS? As in "I think Krypsyn is scum, but lets make it stupid". Trusting CSPVG is either trusting scum buddy or a bad joke based on flavor.

So, Lifthrasil has three votes on him. Post . All three from people that Lifthrasil has voted or suspected so far. Well, lxam's vote is a strange one at this point. [url=http://www.gog.com/forum/general/forum_mafia_game_36_a_familys_fortune/post309]Post 309 is all good, questioning lxam. But finally Lift claiming that he himself was fishing for roles... Is that good or not? I am confused here. And then finally Lift voted lxam, as in being "convinced enough lxam being scum".

What is my conclusion on the Lifthrasil? I am curious as to why Lifthrasil did not question RWarehall's vote. I did not like how Lift painted Krypsyn as a mastermind scum - it felt more like self-made accusation. And I do not know how to treat role fishing. But all in all, the whole behavior, looks like same Lifthrasil I saw in the last game. Which for the moment makes me uncertain if I should vote him, thus, I won't.

Lifthrasil might be scum, but I am incapable of sensing so. Lxam is still suspicious for me and raises more question marks than Lift. As for analyzing wagons on Day 2 after flips... I think this is where lynching Lifthrasil might prove useful.

My other suspects (other than lxam) are flubbucket, CSPVG. Then probably dedoporno, cristigale.

No. Guessing is not helpful. Lxam claimed power role. That painted a target on his back. Knowing what role it is, won't make the target bigger. BUT! There is a difference if lxam reveals the role and if we guess it. For if we begin the long lasting twisted guessing game about the role, we shall end up with just that - many big twisted WIFOMS. We need as more certainty as possible to catch scum.

Bookwyrm627: ...
Night 0: post 82, question "What did you do last night?". We are at Day 1 now. "Last night" means Night 0. Officially, there was no Night 0 mentioned. So this kind of role fishing is very strange and question in general - stupid.

Thing about us not knowing everything about ourselves (flavor wise, PM related). I got this idea after seeing RWarehall's post 143. My PM has some detail(s) on another player(s) in a very similar manner as of RWarehall's. So my question is, does Constance (@flubbucket) has this particular detail, mentioned in RWarehall's PM? If no, then my idea that we do not know all about ourselves is almost confirmed.
Mikey, shut your piehole.

Seriously.

You're fucking up right now.

I have not eaten normal food since we got at this cursed island. Give me a break. Thank you, sis, you are the best.

Well, it's not really your fault. I never said what my plan was. How were you to know?

Give me a few minutes to think here.
OK, my opinion, and I just KNOW all you vapid slobs are hanging on my every word, is that we shelve all discussion of PMs until a later time.

Let's let Aunt Cathy wake up from her valium-induced coma and blither a few incoherent sentences, and then just get on with it so the Day can end and I can go get my beauty sleep.
Well, there I am away for a nice evening and upon returning I find that I'm almost dead. Either you will lynch me or scum will kill me. It seems it's time to claim - and unlike Ix I'm not going to be all wishi-washi. I expect that there is quite some scum on my wagon and they will be happy to be rid of me. And IF Ixam's claim was true (which I doubt) scum will rejoice because they will have revealed two power roles:

I am the Town Vigilante. ... Well, now scum will probably target me, even if you let me live. But I still consider Ixam with his "Hey, I have a power role but I'm not going to say what it is" claim to be the scummiest player around. So, of course, I would prefer if you lynch him rather than me. But since scum will probably target me anyhow, you might as well lynch me if you think you learn more from my lynch than from Ixam's (though I fail to see why that should be the case).

Lifthrasil: I am the Town Vigilante.
Super. Want to paraphrase how that makes sense in your PM? How is a 44 year old housewife a Vigilante?!

Unvote: Lifthrasil

At least until I hear his explanation.

I'm fed up. Fed up with this family, who always fights. Fed up with my husband, who doesn't have the balls to do what is right. I'm a christian woman. I tried to be part of this family, to be it's moral guardian and I tried to teach my values to my foster son (the bastard of my not so christian husband). But now this family has sunken so low that they even stoop to murdering their own father/grandfather. And since I know that my husband is too much of a coward to do anything about that - and since I don't trust any of you others - I decided to take matters into my own hands. With christian zeal and god on my side!
