Felix9966: Cool game, what don't you all like? Yes, there are many problems, but they are not critical. I bought the game to support the developers, they tried hard. You people do not respect the work of others, it is very difficult to make a game of this scale! I liked almost everything, the developers are great.
Hi Felix! But why are you came to thread about refund with that question? ))) Bored at work? )))

Maybe because on our pc it simply does not work?

Has someone of you already get the refund?

Let's hope the refunds come through before all the winter sales end. Cyberpunk may have been a wash, but I'd like to get something worth playing with that $60.
I've just sent a chargeback report to by credit card company since there is no response from GOG for over a week now on my ticket.

Won't be buying any games from GOG/CDPR in the future, simple as that.

23rd December, still no refund, at this point like others I can't even trust the GOG store. This looks like a scam as others suspect where they're waiting for the numbers to come in for the end of the year and I wouldn't be surprised if there weren't even any staff in office right now because I've received zero communication beyond their crappy automated response.

Fuck you CDPR, give me back my money, I've lost my patience now, watch them all magically start answering tickets after Christmas is over, they've definitely fucked off with everyone's money. They can't complain about people being rude to them when they've dicked everyone around for this long.

I've just had a reply from customer service to say that my order has been cancelled and that my refund is with accounts, and will be processed in the coming days.
They apologised, explaining that they have been overwhelmed with requests - which given the circumstances is a reasonable response.
I am fairly satisfied with the outcome. This is just anecdotal evidence, but it seems they are in a position to deal with PC customers now.

It's going to be one or two people answering tickets over Christmas if at all, it's really bad how much of a disorganised mess CDPR has become and it doesn't speak well of them. It's good that refunds are going through but I wouldn't be surprised if this goes on past the year.

When did you opened the ticket?
I'm sure PlayStation and Xbox buyers got their refunds already, because both companies are exerting their legal pressure upon CD Projekt Group to do so.

This is the problem when you don't have a bully watching over you, other bullies take advantage of you.

PC players finish last again, I'm never going to buy a preorder again from this company and I hope they refund me soon because they are breaking both national and European Union laws by refusing to do so.

konroth: refunds & gog , you know, they have no DRM .

on steam they can prevent you from playing the game, gog can not do that.

simply do NOT pre-order, do NOT buy on release day.

just wait for reviews and sales.

with all these bugs the software should be on sale right now at a fraction of the price.
I have never asked for a refund from GOG, in more than 7 years and 1000s of euros later, and I'm sure most people who are asking for a 60 € refund for this game are similar to me.

I was able to get a refund.

I'll describe the process of my refund. (For your reference)

Purchased Cyberpunk2077 from GOG using Paypal on December 10.

Requested refund from GOG support on Dec. 18.

On the same day, GOG support asked me if I wanted to use my wallet. I replied that I would like to be reimbursed in full to my Paypal account.

Waited for reply from GOG support.

On December 23, I used Paypal's "Report a Problem" to send an email to GOG support.
At that time, I created and attached a pdf document with the email images we exchanged and the reason for the refund.
(The pdf is so that people other than GOG support can understand the reason for the refund. Just in case.)

On December 24, I received an email from GOG support saying that they had refunded my money.
At the same time, I also received an email from Paypal saying I was refunded.

This is ridiculous.

There are still people that requested a refund way earlier than the 18th and they haven't even got a reply yet, myself included.

You're lucky you got your money back from these woke criminals. I'm still waiting but mine got submitted on the 15th.
All they do at CDPR is lie their ass and censor people when they call them out on their false advertisement.
What about people like me who bought the collectors' edition?, we can't refund it since on PC it only allows digital refunds
