Hi, i just bought Bloodlines but when i launch the game i can hear it but with no image. Why is it? and how dow i fix it?

bluenightlagoon: I don't see any shortcut for that. Also I want to install a patch, but I can't because the patcher tells me the game is already patched. This is not useful.

wesp5: There should be a legacy shortcut somewhere, if you can't find it, just start the game using vampire.exe and you will get the unpatched game. Unofficial unpatched that is, the Troika official 1.2 patch is always included which might be the reason why the patcher fails.

For week I have only made such minor updates that normal people would never notice and most not even made it into the readme. So maybe the game is finally as good as I can patch it without better tools or a source code...

Oh ok so if 10.8 remains the last unofficial update and no further updates are coming in the future I would like to take the chance to just say thank you for all the work you've put into making this game become better. :)

Thanks for all the compliments, but I need to confess that interest on Planet Vampire has flared up again and I am already working on the UP 10.9, so 10.8 will not be the last patch ;).

This was part of the deal at the time as The Patches Scrolls had exclusive rights on the whole patch. Also they would probably get a lot of flack from all the people that think the Plus Patch changes too many things anyway.
