1. Another “can’t move through invisible wall” thing:

https://i.sli.mg/pejQgq.jpg

MAP_CO_Random_05172: CO_Hall_B_01(Clone)

2. I’ve stolen some M.O.E. award from Kage and the message appeared, that said my reputation decreased, by I have a Kage Security Tracker on since before this mission. In reality, though, my reputation doesn’t look decreased, so it’s just the message that is wrong.

BUT! I now have 34 reputation with Kage, although I had 40 and it said the reputation loss was negated. Apparently not. Unless asking favors or accepting their quest reduces it, which would be weird. Something’s going on here.

I can’t auction Kage items I’ve stolen, though, so this is kind of pointless for something that isn’t equipment. Maybe it’s a feature. Alternatively, Kage could offer small amounts for their retrieval.

3. I was creating a save (10th one), and my previous once seem to disappear (normal difficulty). I had only 2 saves. Can’t seem to reproduce yet.

Note:

It would be nice to have an option to scale story missions to player’s level as I usually overleveled for them.
Flashlight should probably turn off temporarely when map is shown as otherwise it makes it hard to see the map itself, especially if you are looking at something white, like a wall.
Crashed: http://pastebin.com/t2G2tTDx

Loaded the game and started random mission for Galaxy Mart. Target: Chimera BioPharma ship. Failure to Deliver. Disable 2 nav terminals. Type: Operation. Danger: Normal. Suggested level: 19.

I have no map info, though.

EDIT: Crashed after I won a battle with PEAs and collected their items.

1. Cursor in this text field is either too high or its top position is too low:

https://i.sli.mg/rdXt73.jpg

2. If I, as a Void Psyker, had a problem with Chimera in my backstory they should probably recognize me in the Distressing Signals mission. Say,

– Blahblah, corporate speech. YOU! OH SHI~

[Fill contact’s mind with dread] Another -5 to reputation with Chimera, some boost for one mission (+2 damage reduction or something, s/he’ll need it).
1. Weird thing, whenever I switch from fullscreened StarCrawlers to another program and back StarCrawlers has a language of that other window. For example:

a. Run Firefox, switch keyboard layout to something other that English (Russian for me).
b. Run StarCrawlers, activate English layout (default for me).
c. Switch to Firefox.
d. Switch back to StarCrawlers. The game now has Russian layout active, which is problematic, since hotkeys (movement, for example) don’t work with it. If I switch to English manually everything is fine.

I use KDE4 (on Debian 8, stable at the moment) and have per application keyboard layout mode active.

2. Voidonomikon is more trouble that it’s worth it, IMO. Debuff is disastrous, which is kind of intended, I guess %)

3. I used cursed child rogue psyker dark wanderer evoker void psyker and Distressing Signals mission wasn’t nice to me. PEAs do 11 damage per hit, and I miss quite a bit of time. And then I can overload at any time. And if I don’t use my void moves I deal even less damage, so I suffer more as well. By the time I’m done with my first enemy I’m down to half HP. Speak about brutal. And that’s standard difficulty. Took 2 tries but I finished it.

It feelt too random for my tastes. Might suit more to challenge/hardcore difficulty.

I suggest improving that starting weapon accuracy, armor resistance and/or double checking that PEAs deal abequate amount of damage.
1. Whenever I enter character’s name and have Russian keyboard layout active most keys do nothing (not quite, see below), which might’ve been fine (as in not supported) but some characters (like “л” or “у”) insert weird characters from some other language:

https://i.sli.mg/tJUci1.jpg

Also, keys that “do nothing” in fact insert some zero width invisible character instead of doing nothing. I.e. if I press 3 of those letters after “A” I need 3 more additional backspace presses before I can delete “A.”

2. Since new update menu items on title screen react even if I don’t hover them:

https://i.sli.mg/XUaZkJ.jpg

I.e. clickable area is wider that it seems.
I’ve started the game with deception cyberninja. Used Stealth, then Stealth again, and attacked with my pure ancestral blade and downed Sudsy in 1 hit. Doc still says my armor is shiny. It shouldn’t be :)

Picking up boxes and auctioning them is fun. However there's a couple things that could be improved.

1 - It doesn't tell you your standing with the faction that owns the box. One time I was running for 'The social stage', but because of these boxes it was a net loss for the run.

2 - Losing reputation with someone should be tied to getting caught. You already have events that could tie into this. Or is it assumed that you are going to be spotted no matter how stealthy you are so you get the blame for any missing stuff ? Then what is the point of selling it anonymously later? Isn't that double jeopardy?

Hey Tiny! I'm not seeing an issue with loading the save here, does it happen consistently?

1 - Typically, the corps don't like it when you steal their hot ticket items! We'll look into adding a rep display when you're considering whether to steal an item or not.

2 - The assumption is after review of a crawler incident there will be an inventory of what was on the premises and what is now missing (thanks to your team) - the perk for stealing auction items is auctioning them off to gain bonuses from other corps. You take a rep hit when you steal the item and another when you auction it, but you gain rep and rewards with another faction in exchange.

A good rule of thumb is don't steal from corps you want to build rep with!

I wonder...what happens if you steal an item, then try to sell it back to the corp that you stole it from?

Now that’s weird. I tried it today and it loaded fine. Well, ok then (^  ^)'

I haven't seen that happen yet.

I understood the game mechanic; I was more curious about the logic.

I can sell it with no impact on rep even though they know I stole it.
Or I can lose more rep if I sell it to another corp; what did they think I would do with it, stare at it on my desk?

One thing that would make a lot of sense is if rep changes were a bit more dynamic. For example if you are the SF Giants you care a lot more about the LA Dodgers than the San Diego Padres.
I restarted, increased the difficult to challenging, and enabled ironman mode.

1- There is a revive all button, but if I need to cure wounds or fix status effects I have to go to each crawler. It was probably the same on normal difficulty, but I noticed more on the harder setting.

2- The exit warning (Unsaved data will be lost) appears on 'Return to Title Screen'. There was an updated save so that was working correctly.

3- Failing/Aborting a mission loses reputation with the hiring faction. You might also want it to cost credits; if you skip a run you are still required to pay your teams' upkeep costs.

4- The reset abilities window from the doctor's office had an errant white rectangle in the UI.

At some point I will try out the dying part of ironman mode...
1. I was able to open an Overview window while trying to hire 4th crawler. I’m not sure how it worked, I switched screens, tried typing in Russian, remembered that that doesn’t work, deleted weird symbols that appears as a result, and switch to English and… this happened:

https://i.sli.mg/t4epEM.png

I can close it normally but typing still causes hotkey to register for some reason. It persisted until I exitted Doc’s place.

2. Soldier’s Custom Armor description window does not fit the screen:
