Uncharted 3 and God of War 3.
Oh, and Home on Steam XD
I bought Xenoblade and The Last Story full price or near because I didn't know if they'd become rare and I was drawn into the hype. I have finished both.. I do tend to play games right away that I paid full price for.
*ponders*
If by full price you mean standard AAA-game price point, and not cheap(ish) indies, then I've bought the following at full price:
Half life
Ultima Online: T2A
Morrowind
Age of Wonders 2
Master of Orion 3 (yea, i know...)
Victoria 2
Donkey Kong Country (parents bought it for me...) (SNES)
Mario & Yoshi (parents bought it for me...) (NES)
Recently not very many, maybe noone. But during all the years, A LOT.

Baldur's Gate 1-2
Planescape: Torment
Icewind Dale 1
Silver
Guild Wars ( All of them)
WOW

and the list goes on and on
One football (soccer) sim a year for more than 10 years. GTA IV, GTA San Andreas.
Just pre-ordered The Cave.

amok: Just pre-ordered The Cave.
That thing is already on pre-order!? It's too early.

Goddamn school, moneyblocking me.
Is "full price" only the price at release?
Or would buying it a few months later at the then current price also count?

If the second option doesn't count, I haven't much to show:
- I bought Civilization III at full retail release price.
- I bought Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams at pre-order price.

For all other games I always waited at least several months because in most cases my poor old computer wouldn't have been able to manage the new game anyway.
I would say that since I started working and having my own money I buy 99% of my games at full price (If you remove the GoG games of course).

Nowadays what limit my games purchases is not money it's my aversion towards DRM, as a result I try not to buy more than 3-4 DRM using games each year. For the others I borrow them from friends and play them on my PS3.

With so many sales around, you'd probably have to go out of your way to buy 99% of your games at full price.
In recent history, the only fully priced game I have bought was The Secret World, but I had 30 bucks left on a gift card and no other needs so... Technically someone else bought it.
The ones I remember:

DA:O + Awakening, DA2, Skyrim, MassEffect 2 + 3, TheSims 3 + many addons, probably TheWitcher 1 and/or 2, Fable1- 3, Gothic2, NWN2, KOTOR2, and many more.
If it counts: SierraCollection back in the day.

The few games I buy (GoG's one notwithstanding), I buy them on release date... so no it's not hard at all.
