Grombart: If you stick to the sales and shop in $ you get 10 games for that money. ;)
I just bought Assassins Creed 2 and Anno 1404 (Dawn of Discovery) + Addon for 5$ each. That's only around 3,50€. I really don't see the need for me to buy new games and pay 50€ for them. It just isn't worth it anymore, since most of the games are just more of the same with better graphics (and more DRM) anyhow. But that's just my opinion.
Only place that I have tried where I could buy without being assraped (sorry for language) in prices is here in gog (as far as I know). Steam won't let me pay in dollars. Well, gamersgate could perhaps let me slip through the cracks and I'd pay uk pounds price. They are overpriced too but most games is still cheaper than euro.
But I bought some t-shirts and boxers (and a few beers, and hurrah, I was outside in a long time that long).
You are from germany.. You have euro aswell (googled that =) so you can buy in dollars in gamersgate? Or what do you mean?
In steam I looked deus ex 3 price in uk pounds.. it's was almost 15 euros cheaper or something in that range.
Edit: And of course I'll check the offers always. Good thing that I have so many games now that they'll take a while.
Only game that is worth 40-50 € is witcher 1 and hopefully skyrim. And Witcher 2 of course. I could have waited but.. I did not. =)
