I've never heard of that one. I'm curious to how many actually have.

it was online only game so not many would have played it
FFFFFUUUUCCCKKKK YYYYYEEEEAAAAAHHHHHH!!!!

Just take my fucking money, dammit!
Backed. Although I've never played any of the Shadowrun games (pen and paper included), I'm very much interested in its universe.

Edit: I'm very happy that Double Fine did so well as it kicked some of these other projects into motion. Sorry lowly indie-types, I'm far less interested in what you're doing.

turn based rpg and shadow run to boot sounds good to me
Didn't they launch the Shadowrun Kickstarter just a few hours ago? They've already raised over 140k, impressive.

this

Saeder-Krupp FTW!
Don't remember playing the original game. Still, based on that 3min video he managed to sell this to me.
I gotta say that Mr Weisman certainly can sell things. Even if I didn't have a clue what Shadowrun was about I'd still want a game in that universe after seeing that.

It's gone up 15K in just a few minutes. It's crazy just how many people were crying out for this. I actually hope Microsoft see this and realise how much they really shot themselves in the foot by releasing that crappy Counterstrike clone.

The average kickstarter amount per person seems to be ca. 50$. Here and on Wasteland 2. Slighlty less on Double fine. But it still shows, people are willing to pay good money if they think they can get good quality.

How often do you actually still pay 50$ for a PC game nowadays?

How often do you not get fucked in the arse by twatbastard publishers? Part of the reason I like Kickstarter is that those without respect for their customers don't stand a chance.
A Shadowrun rpg plus the possibility of fan made scenarios is too good to let slip away.

I wasn't even aware of Kickstarter until Wasteland 2 was linked on these forums and now i'm backing three of them.
