Fujek: I'm not sure that I need one, but have a go and suggest. Who knows, if I like it, I'd certainly give it a go!

Yeah, I wasn't overly thrilled with it either, actually. Too hard to tell what it is. Since you like what you already have, what if we took your avatar & just mirrored it, flipping it from left-facing to right-facing?

That's also a neat trick, I'm not looking for a new avatar I just said I know of one other person who has the same one which make sense because I got this avatar in the fallout package and I`m guessing a good majority of gog`s members has at least one Fallout game.

Hard to say, something original and beautiful... but if I understood this thread right you will (of course only if you will want to :) ) help pick avatar exactly for me.

ChaunceyK: One of my pet peeves is to see someone with a significant Rep score without an avatar. With a Rep of, say 20+, you've obviously posted on here a bit & made yourself known. So why no avatar? You look like any other GOG noob! And lets face it, most of us know each other by avatar alone.

So I propose that if anyone wants an avatar & doesn't know what to pick, just post here & we'll get you one! Admittedly, I may draw a blank...I only suggest avatars based on user name. For instance, I gave Hawk59 (or some other number) a Road Warrior Hawk avatar. But others can make recommendations too.

Ironic as hell that My avatar is a modified default n00b avatar from another forum! And I agree, the first people I "trust" (as much as you can on the internet anyways) are one's who sport an avatar. Hell, the way I gauge how much I like the forum is when I finally get around to uploading an avatar! (Bioware's forum sucks 'cause you can't upload your own!)

Sure, but it's always easier with some starting points ;) Do you want avatar to represent something? Favourite game / genre / book / music / colour (:D)

Or are we going to pick totally random things until we hit the spot? :))

Mage looks nice (I will take him as avatar, but I am still on lookout :) ) but, here are some basic points : favorite colour - purple, music - metal,epic music (not sure how is that genre called but creators of music in this genre are for example : Immediate music, X-ray dog, Two steps from hell etc.), genre - RPG,shooters,strategy (but I play pretty much everything, favorite game...this will be tough but I guess Beyond good and evil, Bioshock, Baldurs gate :)
