Avatars are a personal expression, it's like expecting someone to have a photo on facebook, some don't like it. If they want to be silhouettes then let them.

Having said all that, you'd have to prise Manny from mine and his cold dead fingers.

I always have an avatar at almost every site I post at. It bothers me to not have one, even if it's a placeholder.

I never looked closely at it, but I see flames, long silver hair, and beady golden eyes. Like maybe an elf who's a fire mage.
And I admire the creativity in taking a blank avatar & turning it into something original. Kinda like the one user here who turned his avatar upside down.

My FOT power armor avatar, while dear to me, is from the GOG FOT avatar pack, and hence I'm considering changing it. What would you suggest for me?

Whoops... but I change my avatar periodically according to the game I currently play (so you can tell I am currently playing Return to Krondor).

That said, I would not mind if anybody creates an avatar for me. Let's see... the next game I intend to play is Outcast. I prefer not to have Cutter Slade's or any other characters' head as an avatar, though. Just something else but related to Outcast. Thanks in advance! :-D
