Not banned because it's a valid question :) The old drivers don't support the 3080 and games usually don't like it if you use drivers that are several years old. But I'm thinking of putting together a older system with a 1080 for that. Have to use my old monitor for that anyway (FHD/120Hz/Dual-DVI), the new one (4k/144Hz/DP) is not certified.
