Awesome daily deals and bundles up to -90%. Free games to unlock. Fuzzy squirrel on the front page.

Ah yes. Fall. A time of gold and scarlet, overcoats, and increasingly cozy afternoons. A fine time to start stocking up for the winter. A fine time for a gaming sale indeed… So welcome to the Big Fall Sale - 11 days of new daily deals every 12 hours, a new set of bundles every 24 hours and free games to unlock.

The Big Fall Sale goes to eleven. It's one better, isn't it?
Today, the last day of the Big Fall Finale, is also a day of all the remaining daily deals - there's just so many of them. It's the time to grab everything you might be kinda into, and just maybe it'll also score you a free game or two, or three.

As we wind down the deals and pack our bundles, there's just one more thing to say: thanks for joining us in the Big Fall Sale!

While you're here, grab a few extra games for free by doing your thing and shopping around. The more you spend, the more you'll get back, so when your total spendings exceed $5, $15, and $30, you'll unlock a new game for FREE. They're pretty good ones too:
--System Shock 2 - free for everyone who spends at least $5.

Excellent sale. Don't really need any more insomnia than I already posess so current format works wonders for me, especially as it has encouraged me to think carefully about which of the wonderful devs & publishers here I want to support with full-price purchases when I've saved the necessary funds.

Saying that; entire x-series %\

Fairfox: BY THE WAY, PEOPLE, DEFINITELY BUY NOX™.
I bought it a while ago, but I still haven't played it. Sounds like I should finally try it!

Humm, only Warlords Battlecry III for me today
I am not sure if anyone already pointed this out, but I think there is a glitch in the Classic X-Pack.
X2: the Threat lowest price is 2.49$ i.e. its maximum discount is around 60%.

Yes, not sure if it's intentional or not, in the release announcement it just says "up to 75%", which is technically true...

Getcomposted: P.S. GOG, if you had included Kyn Deluxe Edition in the games on the first days, I would have bought it rather than the Base version. Now... Meh. No upgrade available so, no, I won't be spending another $11.69 for a soundtrack.
I think mrkgnao pointed out (somewhere) that the Deluxe version is in fact on sale, but it doesn't have an image entry on the sale page. Also, there is no link or mention of a deluxe edition on the vanilla Kyn page. Maybe this was also true at the start of the sale? Perhaps an oversight on GOG's part.

I would imagine that if you were to buy the Deluxe version (when it appears again in the sale), that GOG would refund your vanilla purchase, even if you have downloaded it. (Assuming, of course, you explain the situation to them.) Probably best to communicate your intent to GOG first, but I suspect they'd be reasonable about it.

Well, another GOG sale with a full priced Shovel Knight. It is clear that they will only discount on Steam.

The line in the sand is crossed. Fuck Yacht Club. I'll never own one of their games.

Your loss, honestly. The game is easily worth full price, and has already had one free expansion with at least two more coming out in the future.

I don't care what it costs. I care that they prefer their customers on Steam.

I can sympathize with that. Have you tried emailing Yacht Club about it?

I have seen reports from others that have. Yacht Club responded that they don't discount their games*.

*except on Steam

___

This has been an issue for many, many months. They didn't fix it. I finally reached the point where it won't matter to me if they do at some point in the future.

If a dev makes it clear that they prefer Steam - fucking STEAM! :) - over and over, at some point they're just going to wind up dead to me.

Would give it until the end of the year. Another sale is coming.

After that, though...
