kennydrawsbriskly: Maybe they can rebrand as Good "Original" Games (and movies)? :D

But I love how they keep the classic games alive (and DRM-free).

yellowblanka: I just wish they switched the focus BACK to securing licenses for classic games - their classic catalog is nowhere near complete (and pretty thin in certain genres), and the classic releases have slowed to a trickle. There's no shortage of storefronts that sell/specialize in independent games, and I have no problem with "indie" games (in fact, some of my favorite games released in recent years have come from independent developers), but what made Good Old Games special was the fact that there was finally a place to buy legitimate re-releases of classic titles.
I hear yah. What other classic titles are you looking for?

What appealed to me most about GOG was the DRM-Free concept. But I think they are putting focus on movies and other stuff because other services like Humble are now offering DRM Free products too.
Ha! Finally managed to grab a game - Fallen Enchantress :))

Exoanthrope: Why is Grandia going so slow, I thought a lot of folks were waiting on that
Because it's been on sale a dozen times already.

There's a fan-made patch that fixed most of the bugs for the PC port. I have the Steam version and it worked ok. I don't know about the GOG version, though.
D:OS EE is a great game and will surprise you even after 100 hours of gameplay.
got dins curse just cause .... theres an expansion too
Will some of these games will be featured in an "encore" sale?

I'm only waiting on Crypt of the Necrodancer, but I figure I can just get it later. No rush. I need sleep. :D

it should be alright. Saints Row 2 is a great game with the patch. Google "Gentlemen of the Row" for the patch. :)

Wow, that seems to add a lot of content as well. +1

I've never played any Saints Row game before, but after learning a little more about it, it seems really fun.

I've read on Reddit that the mod is installed on the GOG version of Saints Row 2 by default. Try it out and I hope it works for you. :)
