I'm not saying thats not his goal, only that is not the normal goal of business owners. He'd be the exception, not the rule. And unless he was an exceptional businessman, he'd likely fail.
It doesn't seem so, he said that they make enough to break even and that is their goal, i don't know what is their customer feedback but i can imagine being grateful in this situation because he kept that same service that i'm used to, bonus points if he has great communication with his customers.

We have to have great communication, where all together in the same house and we don't close anything off.

I'd no more thank them than i'd thank any other store i buy from.
Will give thanks if/when support manages to do a admirable job.

I just get called out for only talking about myself and being an attention whore, which I am and am trying to ease up on, so I didn't want to get caught turning yet another thread into a tinyE thread.
