I remember playing Mega Man 4 and finally defeating Dr. Cossack, and being so totally blown away by the plot twist that I had to call my friend across town and tell him about it as if it were breaking news. He didn't get it, and I was alone in my fascination.

What's with exclusivity to Brazilian Market? Sounds strange to me.

cause tectoy is a brazillian company and the official distributor of sega gear in brazil
and they have been for 30 years

the master system and megadrive are also still quite popular in brazil

( from what i get its an import tax thing taxes on imported consoles are humongous and these megadrives and master systems are "homegrown" )

Too bad the classic doesn't have like solomon's key (and fire 'n ice) or adventures of lolo on it, or like idk maybe river city ransom instead of double dragon 2

though I think it has a pretty good selection, other than having a few too many of those early nes games that no one really cares about or likes.

could have been worse
could have had just the launch line up
which other then smb 1 sucked ass
got mine a few days ago from the game store I been going to for 20 years I was lucky to get one from him early and have the famicom one coming in from ebay when it comes out.

Great system and the controllers feel exactly the same as the originals but the wires are fucking short...
I remember all the various menus for the Xbox 360 and at one point this video came in handy. As for the NES plug and play, It seems neat. I don't think I'd pay so much for a bunch of old, easy to emulate, games that you probably won't play for more than several minutes. Then again, I bought one of those things with set of old namco games so IMMA HYPACRIT! If theres one thing we can all agree on though, the NES mini needs a killer app for it to succeed: something freddiy, something fishy, something... 2y...
Kind of interested in picking this up despite owning a few of those games already via Virtual Console and other means (Mega Man Legacy Collection). Been meaning to try Ninja Gaiden since I really like the 3D Action games.

If you start to play Ninja Gaiden get ready for a lot of screaming, hair pulling, and NO MORE SLEEP!!!! :P

You start to see those dogs whenever you close your eyes. :P

I played through the 3D Ninja Gaiden games, which had plenty (and I do mean plenty) of hair pulling moments at times. What's the worse that can happen?

You'll see. :P

It really is a great game, top top top notch, but frustrating.
I am thinking of this but I think saving towards the Nintendo Switch might be better use of funds. I doubt I will want to revisit these games often.
Hmm, I can only vaguely remember playing Duck Hunt on an NES when I was younger. My memories of most of it were hazy, but, unsurprisingly, I can remember that dog snickering at me whenever I missed enough times (though it never really upset me).
