It seems Steam only, basically is the uncutted version of the game.
Cool
Did they fix the last 33% of the game where the story took a shit turn and everyone decided to stop playing?
Last 33% of the game? That's generous of you.
I guess we will find out more next week. I wonder if it's coming here since GOG already has the original.

You meant re-writting the script as a whole?
There are NO changes in the game, guys.
Even graphics side, the game is pretty much the same, just a bit "clean".
GOG should really offer a free upgrade for this since, excluding pad support, there's nothing changed.

You mean the ultra-realistic part, where homeless people tell you, they are "the invisibles", an underground rebel group? Or the part where the protagonist is being chased by an ancient aztec priest? OR! The part where the protagonist fights a cyborg by pulling moves, that put the movie "the matrix" to shame?

Its not really up to GOG though, the developers should reward the folks that already have the original game by giving it for free if there aren't any significant improvements in the game.

Hahaha...please don't remind me of all that ridiculousness again but you have to admit the cyborg fight was cool at the time. :)
