TrevorWilliams: I sort of thought the same; but then decided $8 to charity and a book I wanted for less than cover, so why not?
Also, if one is going to buy the BTA tier it seems smarter to buy early. It's curently $10.30.

I didn't notice it at first because they snuck these extra issues into the same icon as the initial offering.

FWIW I downloaded Super Dinosaur Vol 2 and it actually contains issues 7-11 of the series (despite indicating only through issue 10 on the ofer page).

It's 'not available in your region'; ditto for the Rollins books. That's the case for me in the UK, anyway.
