snowkatt: i dont really like rob inglis voice work for the audiobooks it seems to be missing something
but thats me
after a while he grows on you but i still dont care much for his narration of the hobbit
the bbc radio play is aces ( off course ) and peter woodthorpe gives a great performance as gollum

the 1979 american version is by minds eye ( and currently owned by highbridge audio of the star wars radio plays )
its decent enough so far but the bbc version is better ( if slightly hokey )
