"... we so far have the confirmation that Witchaven games are coming (maybe there is a chance for Corridor 7 too, since it was made by same dev),
Forsaken was confirmed some time ago, possibly as a remaster: http://shaneplays.com/fragments-of-silicon-night-dive-studios-classic-games/
"Yes, Good chance of updated version of Forsaken (1998). Acclaim’s version of Descent but “way prettier”."
Some less than happy news from that same link:

"Azrael’s Tear looked into briefly by Night Dive Studios but no progress made.

Old FASA Games: Mechwarrior, Mech Commander, etc? Night Dive has looked into them but the rights are spread across several entities."

But this was some time ago so it is possible that they made some progress in the meantime."
It'd definitely be cool to see the Witchaven titles here!

I do. Good to hear some news and not all being bad too. :)
I really wish it wouldn't be so hard to get those Mech games. They're great old fun games.

Thanks for the news! To be able to see "Forsaken" here would be really nice. As a fan of Descent games, I would be really very happy if Forsaken is released.
Now that I googled Witchaven, I remember playing a demo. It would be good to see it here, although I am not sure how well it aged.

Cool news!

They did look at M.U.L.E. (1983) but felt it would almost be a disservice to release it in its original state given how much of a classic it is. Maybe revisit thinking about a remake.
What the hell? Nothing about that makes any sense. Are they afraid that a re-release of the original M.U.L.E. may sully the reputation of... itself?
Night Dive seem to be skirting dangerously close to the "fuck the originals, do a reboot!" sentiment of most AAA publishers right now.

Also, why is Noctropolis held back by the development of Galaxy?

It sounds like a mealy-mouthed way of saying that they think the original is just too old and graphically primitive to make money? I hope not because that's an attitude I'm already weary of.

I'm pretty sure it's that, and I don't think I can necessarily blame them. GOG has probably rejected games for similar reasons.

seriously stupid and annoying nonsense. I don't get it at all. Liking Night Dive less and less the past several months.

Well, at least it's here now, along with Eradicator and Strife seems likely to *actually* show up soon.

Yeah yeah!!!! Happy day that was, it was okay waiting, really! I was more just irked that I became more and more uncertain that it was going to release here at all over some time and then found out that that was the delay with no prior communication about it. I would have waited years longer for it still and been happy. So yes, very happy with it here!

I'm lazy. So I pester about it here and leave the rest to GOG. ;)
