If your not familiar with Night Dive, it's a publisher that's brought to GOG in 2013 both System Shock 2 and I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream, and they also played a hand in the releases of Wizardry 6-8, with more games supposedly on the way according to a comment made by the CEO, as well as hints spread all across their facebook.

While a little dated now, here is an article by Rock Paper Shotgun interviewing Night Dive regarding the release of System Shock 2 and the company itself:

Here is a link to one long thread regarding Night Dive teasing Lucasarts and other games:

http://www.gog.com/forum/general/night_dive_is_teasing_something_lucasarts_titles_on_the_way

"We have so many more games releasing soon, and I hope you enjoy them!" - Stephen Kick, CEO of Night Dive Studios - originally posted on September 5th, 2013 by Barry_Woodward

It's good to note though that as of creating this thread there's no proof Night Dive has special rights to release classic Lucasarts titles, but if this can be proven wrong in the near or far future, that's great! In saying this, take Lucasarts pic's they post (which they do frequently) with a grain of salt, and do your best to squeeze answers out of them when you can and are willing (for any game, not just Lucasarts). A simple question or sentence works better than nothing!

Due to a lot of this cross speculation between old Lucasarts titles and Night Dive, Lucasarts rumors, hints, easter eggs, or anything else is ok for this thread.

By looking at their past Facebook posts you can tell just how much they like to tease people, just like GOG ;)

Feel free to post any thread links to create a hub of past and present Night Dive discussions, as well as your own observations.

You read my mind - I had been thinking that we needed a dedicated Night Dive thread. +1 for the idea and effort. :)

Here are a couple of recent threads with interesting speculation:

Ha! The second one you posted I was trying to find but you beat me to it ;D

Thank you for the contribution. +1 for being the first poster!
Marked as favourite as we have had quite a few threads on vrious ND related things, and most have been pretty interesting!
I guess there's no harm in following these guys on Twitter...

The numerous teases and potentially false hopes of various classic releases could be harmful, though.

NOOOOOOO!!! .... Thou shalt no mentionstststst the unholy trinity of social media! =P

Edit: I just can't be arsed to "follow" anyone on those things. Really, I got better things to do with my time. Eventually someone bored will post about it or a new game will pop up. No need for me to put any time or effort into it. ;)

Interesting...first Stephen Kick visited Double Fine, now Tim is visiting Night Dive. Tim doesn't have rights to any of the LA games he worked on, but it's fun to speculate what they might be discussion. :P

Fun to speculate indeed :)

A game with beer and cats?

Sounds like a point and click adventure! (random guess, I have no clue)
This could be nothing, but a comment on their facebook was in regards to the recent Shadow Man release. The main poster simply said "hmm", with Night Dive letting out a simple wink as a response. Someone then responded saying specifically "If you had something to do with this, I hope it means you'll also manage to clear the rights to one of Accolade Studios Teesside's other fantastic titles - Forsaken from 1998, one of the best Descent clones out there."

Night Dive then responded saying "The future is FORSAKEN".

If your unfamiliar with Forsaken, shame on you.

well.... I hope not. it was too MP focused, and I can not get on with 6 DoF shooters, especially with the control schemes they had back then. It was a decent Descent clone (ahem), but with not as good game play and better graphics.
