Dtgreene is a "homo gay" (upon me saying, she'll no doubt come in and correct me to the "technical" term although the point still stands), I've met a Muslim user on here before, and I'm one of these "subhuman darkies". The Muslim user I've talked to has expressed he feels perfectly at home here, dtgreene is only ever harassed because of her behavior rather than her sexual orientation, and I'm probably more active than anybody else on here, so obviously there's SOMEthing about this place that appeals t me, and I guarantee you it's not the racism.

I apologize if this comes off as rude, but....what next? Are you going to leave this place and then say that everybody in GOG is a bigot and it's a platform that's the equivalent of 4chan just because of a handful of vocal users?

It's fine and dandy when you silence the political viewpoint you don't want to hear and that yours is the majority. Everybody who disagrees with X principles, no matter the reasons behind them, are automatically subhuman scum. However, as soon as somebody else start silencing you, it's bigotry. Maybe they think "Liberals allow way too much indecency!" and they're the bad guys although you were just using the exact same argument against them, because...what, your ideology is somehow better? I'm a Christian (I know I keep bringing this up, but it's the easiest example to fall back on). My religious beliefs are more important to me than any politics, meaning I believe firmer in X principles than even you do. Should I begin a crusade against people who are alright with sex before marriage even if it's only something I/other Christians like me believe in?

You keep trying to appeal to morality, but it's literally an argument of "I'm right because my ideas are better", which becomes obvious if you compared it to religion because it's the same thing you and others would no doubt use to counter US.

Except it isn't. It's the core of YOUR issue. It's the reason why YOU say this place has gone downhill/isn't fun/is why we need to #MakeGOGGreatAgain. It's an argument that goes around and around and around in circles because almost literally NOBODY has the same two exact opinions on what kind of things should and shouldn't be allowed. And you know what? They shouldn't have the same opinions, because that's what makes us unique, the fact that we all have our own set of standards and beliefs and morals. It's one of the things I love most about this place. I get to talk to people from all walks of life, people who differ from me. If I wanted an echo chamber, I'm sure I could find some cozy little religious corner of the internet to hang out in or just privately talk with friends.
And it's arguments like this I'm quite sure are the reason most community managers just give up hope and leave.
