Hey all. I'm going to ignore 99% of this thread and say I'm having essentially the same issue. I got a code that activated on GoG for the Fig Backer edition and every time I try to even veiw the game page in my library it just kicks me back to my overall library page. Anyone found a fix for this?

If you try the refresh, wait a few minutes before checking your library.

I tried that already and it didn't work. The only thing that shows up in my library is Pillars of Eternity II - Ultimate Fig

While GOG should absolutely have the backer version live at the same time as the rest I can't believe the insane anger and language in this thread. It's been a handful of hours, tech issues happen. Lordy, people, you're embarrassing yourselves. Or rather you would be if the internet didn't let you be anonymous.

Maybe the game is just that good. :P

Then again, maybe it just so happens these are the same people that started riots and made death threats when Dylan went electric.

I should mention that when I try to get the free DLC it won't let me purchase it saying I need to own Pillars II in order to get it so I guess it doesn't recognize the backer editions as actual versions of the game?

Seems to work fine.

It does recognize backer editions even if all PoE2 versions on the site are shown as not owned. It seems that you should have Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire gamecard for this recognition. The (any) backer gamecard is already changed for Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire gamecard so if it is not in your library you should a) wait or b) make an account refresh and wait. In the EDIT2 of the pinned blue post it is also said that buying this DLC through the client (Galaxy) will force refresh.

I have the Pillars II - Ultimate Fig Edition in my library. I've already refreshed my account twice, restarted galaxy, tried the GoG downloader on the website, and tried getting the dlc to force a refresh. None of that has worked. When I try to veiw the gamepage it kicks me back to My Collection and when I hit install from the drop down it brings me an infinite loading screen.
