I am also a fig backer, I am also "not authorized" to download the game I supported a year ago, and asks me to buy it (thats in Galaxy).

Account refresh isnt working for me, I can get the d/l links to show in the browser but they 404.

We were the first to pay for the game and the last to play it.

I have spent years supporting GOG and spreading the good word, and I have spent a year looking forward to this game, only to have it trivially held out of reach by gog specifically because I wanted to support them.

Never again.

Edit: Had to reboot my system and it started downloading... it hurts me how bad the launcher is....

I'm getting the same BS here. It's saying i'm not authorized. I even hunted down my old code from obsidian and tried using it again to see if that would reauthorize me, but it just says it's already been used. There is nothing nearly as annoying is paying for something years in advance and putting the code in a year inadvance, only to be told you don't own the game. I know it's just a technical hickup, and it will be fix probably soon enough, but it still is really annoying.

yeah it's like trying to get candy from a baby, all I'm hearing is "whaa whaa it doesn't work" not the Game ______ will not download for me.

As we somehow made it this far without naming the game in question for the one poster: Pillars of Eternity II Deadfire (at least for me)

Literally, I cannot even guess the game neither from the topic's subject nor from the original post :)

The game started downloading for me. I hope this was just a little hiccup and everything is solved now. Still: When you waited years for a game to come out and you come home after a day of work to play it it's really annoying when it doesn't work. Most people like me only have 1-2 hours maximum to play their games in the middle of the week and when you subtract download times the salt is very understandable.
