East vs. West - A Hearts of Iron Game. The fact that there are very few strategy games set during this period is extremely depressing. What's worse is that EvW was going to have a non-Steam version, so it could have come out on GOG as well. =(

English version of Dragon Warrior IV PSX. (The DS version was released, but half the game's dialogue is missing in the non-Japanese versions.)
Wizardry: The Summoning (released in Japan but not the US, even though there was an English version sent to reviewers)
Final Fantasy Extreme: This would have been an English version of Final Fantasy V on the Super NES, but it was not to be released. (Even now, I consider FF5 to have been my favorite Final Fantasy game.)
Also, I remember reading a blurb in Nintendo Power about a sequel to Magic of Scheherezade that would have been fun to play. (I have a feeling that game might not have even started development.)
