We constructed a warship to explore the underland river.

I get attacked so often that my very ordinary priest has 110 XP already. He is one of the things keeping me alive.

We are sitting in a tower formerly owned by Artica. She is sending a troupe of among other things, mammoths, to reclaim it.

We received a mission to attack a city we'd rather not attack yet. Been massing forces for a few turns and am finally ready for the assault. We surge forward with dawn tomorrow. Hopefully the rewards equal the expected losses. Healers will be held out of the battle because, shock, they die way too easily.

We scouted Artica herself, but cannot possibly banish her yet. Our Warship was eaten by a Wyrm.

Nomaden, turn played before Dwarves.

FInally got hero. For substantial sum of money.

Mission accomplished. Not a bad reward. Two choices, both were good for a change. Wish I could've gotten both!

Glad my battle was entertaining. It's sort of fun going all World War Z at the bad guy walls with a horde of Prowlers. Individually, they aren't that strong. But twelve deep, they are like a wave of pain for a bunch of archers trying to hide behind ramparts. ;-)

Gotta decide what to do next. Perhaps I shall head South.

Somehow we ended up with 3 herbalists and a monk making up most of one of our armies, and all our injured heroes and fighters in the other.

Apparently a stack of Mastodon is not enough to keep the heroes of Artica alive in the face of Dwarven strength. I hope to avoid similar fates for my heroes...
