Nothing to report. No true. My scouts found a caravan that was recruitable. Sweet! I'll take a cheap caravan.

Oh wait, no Outposts allowed to be created. Crap. So now I have a Nomad caravan wandering around with no defenders and no use. Hmm, doubt he'll last till Day 17. I may kill him during the night myself. :)

Nothing to report. Nothing happening for a long, long, long time. I feel like the ocean slowly gnawing away at pebbles. In a few centuries, I'll have a pile of sand. Great.

Day 17, Dwarves

We have a second town. We probably could have done that much earlier.

We shall make engineers for our next exploration, since their pistols are potent against any foe.

Nomaden, Tag 17 (before Tigrans)

We lost big part of our forces (5 units) to 1 swarm of bats.
Including leader. Who couldn't cast spells because I was apparently out of my own domain. In the battle where my leader was present.
Took me 8 turn to finally strangle them and finish them off.
Fuck this game.

We came across some bats and ran away from them as far as we could go. Doom bats are some serious bad mofos. Flying, Double Strike, Poison Strike, Life Stealing, and high ass defense.

Sounds like the feeling is mutual.

Hooray, we went to the great unknown again. And came back unfortunately. We are close to hitting the nine lives limit our race endows us with.

We cancelled some Stone Skin enchantments and began training Engineers.

As we are in need of reinforcements we only did some scouting in terrain where we only see the tile directly in front of us. We are cautious leader.

We went to have another look at the garrison of the third nearby dwarven town.

Did absolutely nothing to do. I honestly might not be able to take a nearby town until Turn 80 or so. When they are guarded by 12+ units that are all stronger than what I can make, there are only so many tricks one can apply.
