Mya, Day 1

The Spirit of War sent me to kill some infidels that were right next to my capitol. This earned me a nice shield as well as reducing my upkeep.

Dwarves Day 1

Our Wizard made a lone kamikaze attack on two gargoyles at an Earth Node to soften them up. When we sent our other forces in after, three of the four ordinary troops were annihilated in two turns by tremors (the fourth fled) and our Runemaster finished the job.

Tigrans, Day 1

Our quest was useless. We have been asked to track down flying doom bats that are currently on a mountain hex. On the other side of a massive river. Not gonna happen. Ever. Aargh.

And the small battle we did fight left all of our units at less than half health. Now they sit in infirmaries with no doctors and rack up the medical bills. What a terrible start.

OOC: It's as if I let General Vitek lead my forces or something! Incredible inefficiency. And my Wizard left this mortal coil because he was so disappointed in our performance. Ugh.

Nomaden, Tag 2

I didn't even get any quest.
And I wish there was small battle to fight for me. Closest army to me is stack of something like 20 units.
So we just went the other way.
Our area looks all green and fertile but we are in fact in the underground so it means we saw about 2 tiels in front of us while exploring. Not optimal.

Mya, Day 2

Well, that certainly will slow things down. My troops that had survived the quest were jumped by a large stack of independent units and destroyed.

At least my income is positive now.

Dwarves, Day 2

No quest for us either. The tomb of a former Dwarven king is guarded by six Runemasters, a Sphinx, and a Tank. As it should be. Looks like we will be sitting at home until we've mustered the troops and summons needed to kill the engineers+crossbowmen which guard two nearby mines.

Tigrans, Day 2

Luckily, I've never let troops at 50% health prevent me from putting them on the front lines and lowering their health to 25%. What is the worst case scenario? Less Level 1 units to upkeep. :-)

Hm, do I dare to attack dread reaper, 5 swarms of bats and succubus? Somehow I feel like it wouldn't be the wisest of actions but then I am known for bad judgement so maybe it would be brilliant decision.
I need to sleep on that.

There are other draconian cities near me that are willing to join up, as long as I pay them exorbitant amounts of gold that I don't have.

Royal We of the Dwarves, Day 3

Our advisors have persuaded us that we should be scouting in person, while our armies sit at home, because we can return from the void. We feel this is somehow perverse.

We recruited an archon hero and let him strike the killing blow on two Witches. They claimed to be mere Herbalists but we knew better.

Hahahaha. Two out of three battles I've fought, I've been sent to the void. I'm not very good at this game apparently.
