Perillious: Aspyr could just release the new patch on their website, making it downloadable, like in the Good Old Days of patches. It is not GOG's responsibility to make sure that Aspyr's games are up-to-date, especially when Aspyr is just as quiet on this as GOG. For all we know, Aspyr has no intention of supporting GOG's release and I can't for the life of me imagine GOG deliberately holding an update back from its users.
Exactly GOG has no interest in that , they have the most flexible refund policy.
You can ask a refund in 30 days whatever the amount of hours you put in the game, they trust their customers.
It's sad to see people ask for a refund while most of them probably play dozen of hours already and liked the game.
Go blame and spam Aspyr with mail support, inform GOG via support page, that's how we'll get results.
If you so want the patch and can't wait , buy on steam, copy the local files, transfert the content on your GOG version and ask steam for a refund . I supposed it worked, cause it's worked for updating to the EGS version before.
