Perillious: Aspyr could just release the new patch on their website, making it downloadable, like in the Good Old Days of patches. It is not GOG's responsibility to make sure that Aspyr's games are up-to-date, especially when Aspyr is just as quiet on this as GOG. For all we know, Aspyr has no intention of supporting GOG's release and I can't for the life of me imagine GOG deliberately holding an update back from its users.
Exactly

GOG has no interest in that , they have the most flexible refund policy.
You can ask a refund in 30 days whatever the amount of hours you put in the game, they trust their customers.
It's sad to see people ask for a refund while most of them probably play dozen of hours already and liked the game.

Go blame and spam Aspyr with mail support, inform GOG via support page, that's how we'll get results.

If you so want the patch and can't wait , buy on steam, copy the local files, transfert the content on your GOG version and ask steam for a refund . I supposed it worked, cause it's worked for updating to the EGS version before.

Machinators: It's sad GOG won't even put out a statement about it. Consumers have a right to a working product and I my priority for PC games is now with Steam because at least then you have a working game...

Sad, so sad how GOG has fallen.

EntaraX: They can't make a statement if they are unaware because the publisher didn't reach to them . They have a whole store to run .
That's why our voice is important . Did you contact support ? both GOG and Aspyr ?
Yes and no reply as of yesterday.

Hey everyone! The patch should be live right now. Sorry that you had to wait.

Thank you so much !!!
Great! :)
Whover is responsible for making this a realitiy => thanks a lot!

But: achivements still don't unlock for me. Not even no-brainers like "entering photo mode".
And controll on the analogue stick still feels pretty digital and unreliable. That is not what I would call proper "modern controlls".
So this release still needs a lot of work.

Thank you and kudos to everyone who didn't refund :)

The patch is live but only on the main installer - would someone be able to look at the patch executable being updated too? I had to reinstall the whole game, which is fine, but a little inconvenient!
Is the update the same as the others? The camera mode still only has 8 poses unlike the 20+ poses of the Epic game store version.

According to GOG there is no overlay, and so we don't get an unlock info. I did the "Feast Your Eyes on This!" and "Why Did It Have to Be Snakes?" in TR1 and after closing the game I saw the progress. While gaming there is unfortunately no info :(

I wrote the GOG support yesterday a message about the missing patch and the non-functional overlay. The answer:

Please note that Tomb Raider I-III Remastered Starring Lara Croft on GOG.COM does not support overlay feature. Achievements, however, should work without any issue.

If it comes to missing update - our teams are aware about the issue and currently are investigating it - the update will be available as soon as possible.

Yes it s the same . There are 8 poses by default on the patch ( steam also ) but you can unlock all poses by modifying a txt file or by downloading it on nexusmod. It's very easy. ( but yeah it's dumb )

Sadly I can't confirm this. I never unlocked a single achievement. Not before, not now, not while in game - and not after leaving the game.
Just tried several times entering photo mode or getting shotgun first in Lost Valley, nothing happens.

Unbelievable. The patch came literally a few hours after I requested a refund.
I've cancelled my request, let's hope support sees it before my refund goes through.

In good old days... well average good... Refund on GOG work by "fair reason". Its still today. Not enough to ask to refund in 30 days period. You must explain why you refund. Maybe GOG Support still do that for pass-30-days period. If you have fair reason you get your refund. And point is If fair reason happen after that 30 days GOG in old days did refund it anyway.

More easier for Early Acces InDev game.

(for tech issues refund happen only if GOG unable to provide tefh support... or user too lazy to follow Support advise :| )

Offline installers normally update automatically next to GOG-Galaxy update (according to GOG API Dev manual/support site). But in reality its not always like that. I doubt it happen here, so by time i post it most likely there is Offline GOG alreary updated.
