Hi,

I have the same Issue. But not only @ inventory. Randomly the screen freezes, music keeps playing and sometimes I can even play along but the monitor gets not refreshed (I hear the walking sound or the menu sounds). And sometimes it just freezes all but the music :/

Windows 8.1
GeForce GTX 980 (latest GameReady driver installed)
Intel i7-4770k @ 3.5GHz

Maybe someone can help us out here?! :)

And makes us 3.. same happens to me. cant find a reason though. seems really random.

GTX 970
Windows 8.1
Intel i5 4690K @3.5GHz
This happens to me randomly throughout the game also, would seem it happens more often when going through menu or inventory screens though.
It also has happend to me, only one time after 6-7 hours of play but it happend, then I lost a couple of ended missions.

My machine

AMD FX 8120 @3.1GHZ
AMD 7850 2gb vram with latest drivers
8 Gb ram
I am also experiencing crashes... first was when i walked out onto the balcony at the start of the game. Then again after talking to the old WItcher, sitting in the chair, about the young one training. Causes my screen to go black and my computer restarts completely

Intel i5 3570k @3.40 ghz
GTX 970
16GB Ram

I've had four different crashes in about ninety minutes of gameplay. Very frustrating.

Windows 8.1
GeForce GTX 960, driver updated today to version 352.86
Intel Core i5-4570 @ 3.2GHz
I had 3-4 crash in the first 2 hours and each time after restart the game had no audio. I switched from the hd audio (nvidia) to headphones (logitech g35), with surround up still had some, with surround off not once in 4h.

Also in nvidia control panel: max power, but I don't remember when I changed it.

I'm on ultra i7 4790 gtx 970 8gb ram ssd win 7 blablabla witcher 3 nvidia drivers

Hope it can help

I also have the inventory screen crash.

fragonard: I also have the inventory screen crash.
I have also had this happen to me numerous times. While moving the mouse around, the game freezes but music continues playing. I've frequently had this on the Bestiary screen.

At first I thought it was due to my slight video card overclock but it looks like many people are having this problem. Only thing I can do is CTRL-ALT-DEL to open Task Manager and terminate the program.
Allegedly removing the FPS limit fixes it. I haven't tested this yet.
