Export: "it won't install" and "it runs at 4 frames a second, even on my Nvidia card which is apparently "The way it's meant to be played"".
Add to that " Gerat's figurine in my Collectors Edition arrived chipped or broken due to poor packaging design"

I have to disagree with the assumption that the lack of an official forum reflects the way CDPR conducts business.

Of course it reflects the way they conduct business. Forums cover many important functions on game release and beyond. They serve as a meeting place to sort out problems and support issues. They create a community round about a game that can communicate and help each other. Even form bonds and friendships outwith the games they join forums to discuss or find help with. CDPR would have to have missed the last 20 years of online development to not see this. Forums and websites are a players/communities first point of contact with a games company. For these forums not to be up and running on launch day and 1 week later smacks of either incompetance and bad business practice or hints at something more deliberate on their part shall we say.
Sadly, I have to agree. I can see no reason at this point that makes any sense.
They should have reworked and launched forums before game release. But what's done is done , hopefully they will learn on their mistakes.

Lack of official forum is ridiculous to say at least, and shows a low level of professionalism ... and attempt to mitigate the fact that there are a lot of disgruntled people who are regularly paid the game and did not get what they are paid for.

When the first two patch comes out, the board will suddenly start working...criticism in the news section will be deleted and the official site will be "clean".

For me, all this is a clear indication of the level of CDPRED...a company that is not worthy of the game they have released!

everybody knows they delibarately choosed not to create official forum, trying to silence gamers, keep them like sheeps, conveniently buying their game and shuting down all player chat, discussions etc..
they should be punished for that..

I hope that was sarcasm.

Hasn't stopped you.

That particular "conspiracy theory" failed.
I didn't follow TW1 when it first came out. Did they have problems then too? Is this a new team or are they overworked from patching/working on their other titles, consoles etc?

Yes...... that is why they released TW1 Enhanced Edition for free (for people who bought TW1) ;)
But despite the bugs in the game, the forum worked.

what kind of conspiracy theory are you talking about, you want to colaborate? Because i didnt had any theory in mind.

Of course it does. While some gamers have had success in playing the game. Some have not. To launch a game and expect it to succeed and not be there to support those who cannot play the game is very weak. I am a development lead myself (not in gaming) and if we launched one of our major products and did not have a support mechanism in place not only would we lose customers, I can guarantee that the team that did this would be disbanded and a new PM\Development Manager would be put in place to clean up the mess.
Now I am starting to wonder if this is intentional. Do they fear blowback from TW1 fans who may not like the direction of the new game? It can't be that they cannot get a forum working in nearly two weeks during game release. It boggles the mind.

The theory you described above. Is the conspiracy theory I refer to.

No I don't want to "collaborate". =)
