where? does it fire popsickles now or something? as far as I know, the disruption grenades were fixed (their original damage propagation was broken, making them completely worthless), plus some other reasonable tweaks to the damage output. no added functionality, no changes in the way how the weapon works, just rebalancing the damage output, and that is perfectly within the scope of the patch.

if something requires a hundred fixes to work properly, then a hundred fixes will be applied.

I really don't want to get into an argument with you, especially since you're kind of my hero. But my understanding was that all damage bonuses were removed from all grenades and that base damage output was boosted for all grenades.
what really matters here is the result - does the grenade launcher work better now? as long as the answer is yes, it does not really matter which Shocked values had to be modified.

Creating a gamesys.dml by yourself if a mod that requires it and it's currentöy mssing, shouldn't
