confirming - the mod only adds the earth texture to the earth station level.

tommacool: Don't download the mod where you can see earth. This will destroy the immersion;

Remember, Tau Ceti V is 67 trilion miles away from earth ;)

What's ADaoB general purpose anyway? I mean, what exactly does it fix?

anything that needs fixing - for example, incorrect damage calculations, improper object placement, wrong textures and brushes, typos and mistakes in item descriptions, missing sounds, broken scripts.. there are thousands off little things that could use a fixup in this game.

Hi there.

I have the German Version of SystemShock 2 and installed the Mods in the mentioned order. Everything works fine...except.....i have no spoken dialogues. In the ramsey center the bot is supposed to speak - he doesn't. Also Emails do not work :/

What the frell did i frak up?

and most of the posts but no one mentions this(except a guy on page 10 from italy - but i said he fiddled around with the balance setting).

Any help would be appreciated

make sure to select the german option when applying ss2tool.

Thank you for replying and your support voodoo47. You don't have to do this but you are just everywhere...helping people out with this great game. Thanks again :)

The thing is...when i install ss2tool v5.1 i cannot choose german or anything else in that matter.

I have the following categories:

i opened all, but i cannot choose german, french, or english. I don't know. Hell...when it doesn' t work with german then i will hear SHODAN in english...for the first time..hmm..why not? That's something new then - and that's always nice =)

I do not have the german version of the game so I can't really check, but as far as I understand, the option should be available for those who do, see here.

a last resort workaround would be modifying the install.cfg and changing language english into language english+german (or language german to language german+english). that should, in theory, load the secondary language files if the primary is not available.

It loads them anyway if no german files can be found, german+english has been deprecated since SSTool 4.6.

I feel stupid... i started SS2tool again and looked in the Bugfix section and saw the "Deutsch Patch". Reading....one should just read.

Aaand i patched my original CD-Version and not the GOG release. But it works fine so thank you guys!

Now back to Deck 3 on Citadel Station...

Are decapitated heads a separated (no pun intended) model that isn't included in the REBIRTH mod?
