The game play for MDK is completely intact, which is what I really wanted (thanks GOG!), but there are more visual bugs than Alone in the Dark 2008 and Blacksite Area 51 combined! Floor, wall and background textures will just disappear randomly and repeatedly.
Are there plans to fix this?
I had similar problems until I disabled Catalyst AI. If you have an ATi card you may want to try that.

Thanks for the reply, but I don't have ATI. Is this something (or something similar) I can do with a NVidia card?
@ Zombywoof83 I had the same problems, which seemed to be fixed by setting the texture size to the maximum size it can be, something like 512 (no 3DFX). I still have slowdown problems with the game, but at least I can see it now!
That was my default texture size setting. I tried messing with all of the display options. Didn't seem to work.
Same here.
I don't have slowdowns but the textures are disappearing here and there (Nvidia 8800 GT 512 MB). Any solution?

I have exactly the same card and I've tried changing around the settings in the game, reverting to a non-beta driver, and disabling aero in Vista; all to no avail. :(
Maybe this can help someone,is Glidewrapper for ATI:

# What is Abandonware? Is it legal?
Wikipedia: "Abandonware is computer software which is no longer being sold or supported by its copyright holder. Alternately, the term is also used for software which is still available, but on which further support and development has been deliberately discontinued."
Since the software is no longer sold or supported, the copyright holders are not directly harmed in any way. This is why abandonware sites are, for the most part, ignored by the law.
The distribution of copyrighted software however is, and will allways be, illegal!

Try setting Texture error correction to Direct 3D, instead of Direct 3D+Shiny.
Fixed most of the bugs for me.
