Just to make sure: Galaxy was closed when you deleted the folder? The only thing that I could think of being different on my PC might be that Galaxy is running with elevated rights (admin mode).


edit: Just to update you guys, the plugin just lost connection und now won't connect again. *sigh*

I can login to PSN / playstation.com (using any browser on my pc) and see all my trophies and friends, but I can't login to sonyentertainmentnetwork.com. That's where I get error messages similar to those you guys have posted here.
My error code is 18.c98c0ba.1589263038.4f09443b



Maybe GOG Galaxy is trying to login to this sony network thing instead of going straight to PSN.




When I try to login through GOG Galaxy I always get "server connection timed out"

Another detail: my PSN account is from Europe and I live in South America. Could be another issue.

Same problem here, "server connection timed out" after captcha.
I tried to cancell the plugin and then reinstall it but the situation didn't changed.

Just tried connecting to my PSN account this morning, and while the login process appears to work, the GoG client just displays "Offline Retry" next to it, until I restart the client, at which point it's back to being unconnected entirely. Logging into the PSN website works just fine right now.

Yep, same here. Can sign into the PS website just fine through any browser. I disconnected PSN from Galaxy yesterday and when trying to connect it back up today, I still cannot connect through with GOG Galaxy - "The connection to the server timed out." This error appears after the CAPTCHA bs.

And now it is working without any problems. Re-connected and syncing ok.

Same issue. Even reset the PSN password and still couldn't connect. This issue has not been solved.

I got the same problem. Yesterday my connection was ok. Today it dropped by itself and I can't reconnect PSN to GOG because of server timeout error after captcha.

Having this situation for a month now. I sent a ticket and tried all solutions I could find, including using BCUninstaller to forcibly clean all traces of GOG Galaxy from my PC and reinstalling it and disabling 2FA, but to no avail.

It really bums me out, because PSN implementation is one of my favourite features.
